Came in for an oil change and left with a new vehicle which was my 4th Infiniti vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This is our 20th Infinity and the fifth that my family has leased from Mark Reitzen and Infiniti of Coconut Creek.Mark as well as the others that we have dealt with our true professionals. In each and every event whether it has been the acquisition or service, I couldn't ask for a better or more pleasant experience. Mark and his associates have always gone out of their way to make a deal happen.

I started with an oil change in my old car and came out with a new G 37. The salesman Ralph was great and worked a great deal. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all. The whole staff from the salesperson (Ralph), sales manager (Fabian) and financial person (John) were professional and friendly

This was by far the best car expirience I had. I never enjoyed a car purchase in the past.

I called to find out what great add-ons they have for my g35 2006……. the parts guys were the best very knowledgeable and friendly also they gave me discount on my purchase since I bought the car from there…..I recommend calling these parts guys for accessories for your car.

they bent over backwards for my wife and kids when in a time of need. i called the other infiniti dealers and was on hold and had a bunch of red tape. no questions asked at coconut creek. best expierience ever over 30 years!
