Such a great place to get quality care. Anthony was super helpful/friendly, as well as Kirsten. Dr. Vakey was super informative & good at explaining the relevant information. Highly recommended!

Thanks to your Team! They did everything possible to treat me and diagnose my problem. The problem was solved and today I am almost back to my normal self. The experience helped me understand the cause of my nausea and discussed it with my primary care doctor.

I went to the ER with the Flu and was in and out of there in no time and Anthony and Cameron and Dr. Kimball were great!!! They called to check on me the next day as promised.

Signature Care is amazing! Very quick and the staff is great. I brought a friend here and everyone was amazing, especially her RN Anthony and Dr. Vakey.

Gave and rayven were so helpful and kind!!! We got in fast and they made sure we have everything we needed!

The scariest call you can ever get is one that says your child is in the ER. The second scariest is then realizing the you are going to have to deal with an emergency room; hours of waiting, just being another number, little compassion. That’s what we were anticipating as we drove to College Station to be with our son. From the minute we walked in we knew that this was going to be a very different experience. We were greeted promptly and led directly to our son. The first surprise was that they were allowing his friends to be with him. It was such a comfortable to know he wasn’t alone as he went through this very scary experience. Next we met his nurse,Gabe, who immediately began to make sure we comfortable and explain what had happened so far. The next surprise was Dr. Vakey came to update us within 5-10 minutes of our arrival. He gave us a thorough explanation of the treatment and what we could expect moving forward. When they learned that we would be staying the night they moved us into a larger room with a couch for sleeping and a connecting restroom. They had drinks, snacks and coffee available to us. FOR FREE! Being able to be in the room with our son all night was a blessing. The rest of the stay Gabe, Alexis, Jacob, Dr. Vakey and Dr. Frauato came in frequently to make sure our son and we were comfortable. I lost track of how many times we were asked “Can we get you anything”. The next morning we were expecting to be there until after noon waiting for an evaluator to arrive for his evaluation. Well it was another surprise when she walked in at around 9:00 am. Once we given the okay to take him home, the checkout process only took about 20 minutes. The professionalism and compassion shown by everyone encountered made a very stressful experience bareable so that we were able to just focus on our son. This was hands down the best medical facility experience we have ever experienced and highly recommend
them.

Dyveliz and Kim greeted us at the door. Our nurse, Jacob, was very helpful with the doctor. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Best experience ever! Great facility, Dr. Vakey was so helpful and took the time to discuss my case with me and answer all my questions fully. The nurse, James Salazar was so kind and helpful, continuously checking in on me and attended all my needs! I will always return here!

My friend broke her foot and the staff were very good to us, very friendly, and always smiling! The facility had snacks and drinks for patients and visitors. Overall great experience. They got us in quick and we didn’t have to wait.

This was the absolute best place to go to when I was feeling very sick. All of the staff was very welcoming and never made me feel like a number. They made me feel genuinely cared about! If you are feeling sick, this is the place to go!

I went in was a bit nervous was my first time. Front desk : Dyveliz was amazing very friendly & did an awesome job on explaining everything to me. The doctor vakey David was amazing on explaining everything step by step made me feel very comfortable great dr. I did not have to wait at all they took me to the back right away. The nurses were great. Brad & Jr & there was another nurse that came in & was so helpful. I do have to admit i was a bit sceptical about trying this new place out but I would 100% recommend this place to any one in need of quick medical attention. Thank you signature care for for the excellent medical attention & care i received.
