I had my oil changed. There was some mixup about my appointment, but they still got me in okay. The mechanic showed me a chart of what the fluids should look like compared to what my car’s fluids looked like and explained to me in a polite way that it should be flushed soon. Also that my brakes were due to be changed. He called me ma’am which I liked as a term of respect. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics and I usually send my husband for car repair. I recommend Aspen because they are polite and seem honest.
