Provided by YPmobileI wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up for this trash company. I received a bill in the mail and called three times to pay, leaving a vmail each time. Well they took my trash can when I finally got thru and paid my bill they couldn't give me a date they would deliever the can back . Two weeks later still no trash can and the lady keeps telling me hopefully next week. I told her it was 90 degrees and we could have trash piling up. She didn't seem to care! Horrible

We signed up for service 9/2011, our trash was never picked up on the day scheduled. I called and was told the earliest it could be picked up would be the following week. We could not wait that long due to the amount of trash we had from our move. I called to cancel service and was told we would not get our refund for 5-6 weeks. I was appalled by the delay, seeing it took them five minutes to charge my card in the first place. It has now been seven weeks and no money credited back to me. I have called three times looking for my refund. I have yet to hear from the "office manager".

Are unable to follow simple directions after literally 25+ attempts to resolve the situation. Customer service is incompetent, unprofessional and wastes more time "writing notes in the system" than actually doing something to resolve the problem. A couple extra dollars elsewhere is money well spent.

I was originally hooked by the price and the fact that they are locally owned. Well, everything was great for 6 months. Then it came time for renewal. I was out of town on vacation and did not see the letter until a month after the end of service date. I then received a letter saying we would be disconnected if I didn't pay immediately. ######Well, that was all fine as I hadn't been receiving pickup for the past month anyways, so I figured I had already been disconnected. So, I called the company to renew and the woman on the phone demanded I pay the month of service that we hadn't received. I explained no one was picking up our trash and that I didn't want to pay for a service I wasn't receiving. She actually yelled at me and said, "well, even though they didn't pick up your trash, they were still stopping by your house." WHAT?!?!?! So, I paid and cancelled. And she didn't care - she got what she wanted. They have no understanding of customer service. Very rude!

Provided by YP.comDo NOT sign up as a customer to this company!! I have been a customer for two and half years, and had been generally happy with the service--until this week. My trash was not picked up, so I called to report the problem. They told me my account had been cancelled, even though my check had been cleared through my bank and deposited by them. Turned out they had deposited my check into someone else's account because they read the account number wrong that I had written on the check. I went to the business office and with proof, they did correct the problem.
However, as I was expressing my frustration with the lack of customer service I had received, the owner literally stormed out of his office and started yelling at me and blaming me (the customer) for the problem. Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely. I still can not believe how he was yelling! As the owner no less!! I asked to cancel my account. When I then also asked if I might get a receipt to show I would receive my refund, the owner shoved his business card at me and told me if I didn't get a check to call the cops. The most ironic part of the story is on his business card is this tag line "Commitment to Customer Service is Our Reputation!"
I would never believe this if I hadn't experienced it. Trust me, spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else for trash service.

Provided by YP.comThey have not honored two different vacation holds for us. The most recent one was for three months. Unbelieveable! I even have proof I called (used my cell) to set it up and they refuse to honor it. So we paid for three months of service with NO trash pick up. Then once we get back, they don't pick up our trash even though I paid for service. The drivers have always been questionable. It's been frustrating to have to clean up behind them after they pick up. They always leave loose trash (NOT FROM US, from the truck) blowing in our cul de sac. But this is the straw that broke the camel's back. The office staff is not honest. Their service lacks in so many ways. We should have cancelled sooner but wanted to support "the local guy." Boy were we taken for a ride! RUN!
