Provided by YP.comAlthough I did not get the model I came for, I am still very happy with how Nissan's Brandon did everything possible to help me get into a good car! Brandon kept us very impressed and for that, we stuck with keeping our business here with Nissan!

Provided by YP.comMy experience so far with South Colorado Springs Nissan was absolutely top flight. My sales girl, Britt, was upfront, honest and friendly. They did not ramrod me into anything, it was a casual experience that I enjoyed. I did not set out to buy a car on that day, I just wanted to look at a Jeep they had on hand. I walked the yard undisturbed and came in the office to use the restroom where I inquired on the Jeep and a used Nissan Murano. The first thing I told her was that I hated my last car buying experience and I really didn't want to do anything purchasing wise. Mainly Britt took the time to tell me about the Jeep and the Murano, we took it for a drive and I was instantly in love with the car. We came back, they made me a fair offer on my trade and a better offer on the Murano. She got the payment down to what I asked for and that was it. No really. There was no high pressure pitch to sell me a bigger warranty, and I am covered bumper to bumper for 100K miles. I asked about the recalls and they showed me a document stating they had been performed. They detailed it, gave me the keys and I was done. It was that simple. No pressure pitches, they were interested in closing that week as it was the end of the month, maybe this contributed to the good deal.

Provided by YP.comI am not the biggest fan of car shopping or test driving cars. I've experienced more than my fair share of cheesy car salesmen who live up to the stereotypes so I was so pleased to meet Jeff there. He's cool and down to Earth. He knew his facts and is exactly the kind of salesman I want to buy a car from. It was a crazy Saturday when I was there so I was shocked that we actually had a hard time getting a salesman to talk to us. (Leisurely browsing is such a luxury!) We finally got to the point where we had to ask at the desk though to test drive, and the receptionist could not have been more apologetic and sincere. She quickly found Jeff and we were impressed from the start. We will definitely be back!

Provided by YP.comI've been trying to find a GT-R for a long while now. SCS finally got one in that was the perfect one for me. I jumped the gun and made the purchase. They were professional and courteous on top of being friendly and extremely easy to work with as well. I was in and out a lot faster than I expected with all the paperwork.

Provided by YP.comI went into this dealership and stated what I wanted...lower payments than what I was paying on my trade and gap insurance and warranty. I found a car I liked and a great salesman. I went to finance and signed all sorts of paperwork, trading my Hummer in. A few days later. I get a call stating that we need to go sign more papers. We get there and the payment is completely different from the contract I had already signed. Granted it was because my credit was not perfect, but what happened to the contract and paperwork that I had already signed. The payment had gone up past the price of the car I traded in and now they were telling me if I wanted my payments to go down I would need to give up the warranty and gap insurance. I was so angry that I demanded they keep their car they apparently never sold to me since we were now having to sign another deal and give me my own car back. The gentleman in finance stated that we could not have our own car back because we had already signed it over to them. Funny how me signing my car over could not suddenly be voided just like they had voided the contract that we originally signed. The man who handled our loan was so rude. He kept repeating to us how he and his department was loosing out due to trying to work a deal with us. My husband and I felt so small. I finally broke down and cried because I was so upset and embarrased. If you want to be treated this way....sure go their. If not, I recommend you go some where else.
