would like to start by saying how wonderful the staff at capital city cycles treated me today from the moment i walked in door they had an answer for all of my questions and i was able to order my parts and also took a sec to look at the great selection of bikes they have to offer. if anyone is looking for a new or used bike please give them a look great sales exp.

the service department is such a huge help. I was able to leave my bike and they fixed it overnight!

these people are great. they will help you with whatever you need as far as parts and sales goes. all the salesmen are very knowledgeable of the product they are selling

came to capital city cycles with questions about buying a bike this was something very new to me because i am a new rider and wanted to make sure i made the right choice before buying my first bike, stacey at the ront desk hooked me up with ryan who helped set me up with a 2016 harley davidson that i am 100% happy with..

Please do not buy from this place they will try to rob you. Fyi, never give them a deposit to hold bc they will take your deposit and say it on a down payment, BS. I really wish i would have listen from the start...don't go there kid.

Horrible place to buy from please people stay away.They will rob you first chance they get and all are liars.Bought a bike from them and it broke down 7 days later.I am in the process of taking them to court as we speak

Purchase an '08 Ultra from them about a month ago. The bike looked like it was in great shape. They delivered to my house a few days later (terrible weather and 80 mi ride). When I got it home, there were a few issues with it that were not there when I bought it. and they are not standing behind it. Buyer beware. Will never do business with them again.

Horrible experience.. Bikes look great,BUT are in bad condition.. I bought my first Harley from these guys and all they did was sale me a dream thx Brandon.

just got on here because a buddy said there were nothing but bad reviews on here I am here to say that these guys are very helpful I have bought two bikes from them and will continue to buy bikes don't let these angry reviews get to you these guys are great and will work with you as much as you will let them

all the bad reviews on here I don't understand I had a great experience. I couldn't get approved at the other Harley places and I came in here these guys showed me my options for a lease and for regular financing and I got to pick what suited me best. I guess to each their own but I am a very happy customer!!!!
