I am overly pleased with how efficient this facility is. The staff are great and the care is out of this world.

Most of the team was some what friendly and welcoming. All except one person. She seemed unenthusiastic about her job and did not smile, at all. I felt somewhat uncomfortable with that and was thinking about switching dentists already. It our first visit.



After reading reviews, I don't think I want to deal with the dentist. My granddaughter has to go back for a filing, but I will seek another dentist in the future.

it was terrible. My daughter was having her cavities filled and she cried from the start to end. It seems they didn't give time for the anesthesia to work. Also they didn't act too concerned about her.

It was great my son didnt even need me to stay in the back with him and he is only 3

This place do not deserve a star, I defi will by be going back there. Poor service and bad attitudes.

They made me reschedule my appointment twice and still didn't see me because they were running behind. I had a filling to do, but was told to make another appoints get my teeth whitened before they can fill it up, after I waited two appointments just to get seen, the dentist didn't even come out to see me or explain better. They are so money hungry.

Front desk is good service but the dentist was very rude, doesnt know how to treat children, and it seems like if they are just money hungry. I will never return to that place! They dont deserve even one star.

I took my 3 year old here the day after Christmas to get a fill in. The doctor was very rude towards me, when we got to the room we heard a kid screaming like he was being tortured. I told her to close the door so that my daughter wouldn't be afraid but the damage was already done. And they would not let me talk to her alone so that I can calm her down. I had to reschedule and request a different doctor

The Day after Christmas and you would think everyone in the office got COAL!! They were nasty, rude and my son wasn't seen cause the Dentist didn't bother showing up!! I won't be returning!! They need to all be in a New line of service!! REAL Talk!!

This dentist office is absolutely absurd!!! I get charged for things covered by my insurance. Orthodontics contracts and payments are NOT maintained!!! since my child has had braces things have been too crazy and unorganized. I was told that someone would be In Touch with me and NEVER heard from anyone until a bill was due. SMH

not fast and not friendly at all. Wish i knew before my child got her braces put on. The atmosphere is not warming at all.

Despite there being a miscommunication/technical error in appointment time, they honored the time listed via my confirmation email and text. Everyone was friendly as always. The wait time was not long at all, maybe 15-20 minutes, which gave the kids time to play and have fun! Great advice and they are wonderful with kids. No complaints here!

love the workers but way too overbooked. wait time was insane. they work these people like slaves.

Kool smiles is a great place to bring your kids..The employees are very courteous and gentle.

First time mother. First time dental experience. Nightmares come true. The office assistance were fantastic. Office was overbooked. Took over an hour to see the hygienist and dentist. The hygienist was fantastic. The dentist was terrible. Discussed my childs issue in front of all other parents and children. When I tried to verbalize my questions, she just got up, stated "He's way too young for these issues." and left. HIPPA violation. I do believe so. I was utterly embarrassed. I really hoped for a better experience.

I can't believe the Dentist gavey child that much anesthesia.

Jazmin Magana was very nice and treated me well

fast and friendly....they will bend over backwards to help you out...they make it so kids are not scared one bit

They are great with toddlers, I have a 2 yr old, and 7 yr old that hates going but loves this place. We all leave with smiles.
