i gave them one star because there's no 0 star.they did not deserve even one star. they are the worse company i ever deal with. there noting but trouble since i decided to buy the hot tub from them, there's delay from the star to finish and now the hot tube still not ready to use and it's over 4 month already. take your business somewhere else don't wasting your money to deal with these people

One of the biggest worries that my wife and I had before buying a hot tub here in Columbus was service. We are from Grove City, PA and we purchased a hot tub several years ago from a local dealer. We had nothing but trouble from the moment we got it delivered and I am pleased to say we weren't upset in the least bit when I was transfered to Ft. Benning. My wife has a bad back from an automobile accident as a teenager and with me being in the Army my feet and back ache from time to time. We decided we would look into possibly purchasing another tub but wanted to do our research this time. After looking around the area we really only found two places.



When visiting the first place we were put off by the fact that the tub we wanted was actually outside in the middle of the business parking lot as a "floor model". We then visited Leisure Lifestyles and can honestly say I never felt more comfortable purchasing something in my entire life. We found several tubs that we liked but couldn't decide on one, so the salesman Mark scheduled us a test soak after hours to let us try them out ourselves. He allowed my wife and I the privacy we needed to check them out, and answered any questions we had. My wife and I have never been happier with a purchase besides our first dog I think.

Not only is a Hot Sping hot tub awesome...the guys at leisure are the best! I wish I would of bought one of these tubs years ago. I feel better and I sleep better. The price was more then others but worth every penny for the tub and the awesome service. Thanks Mark and Justin keep up the great work! Bill and Sandy
