I have used Roto-Rooter services for years, they have always been on time and reasonable priced. The tech, Christian, did a super good job of unplugging my sewer line and cleaning up afterward.

This was my first time using Roto-Rooter and I'm very impressed with their service and professionalism.

At 8PM, our basement drain began backing up with wastewater. At 9PM, I visited Roto-Rooter's website and submitted a service request for the next morning. Within 15 minutes I received confirmation of my appointment with the tech scheduled to arrive between 9AM and 1PM. The next morning, their dispatcher called to say the technician would arrive within 30 to 40 minutes. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, and passed the job to another technician, Ray, who had the required equipment. Within 90 minutes, the dispatcher called to say Ray would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived on-time and cleared the drain blockage. A third technician, Tyler, arrived with an endoscope to inspect the inside of the drain line. The entire problem was fixed by mid-afternoon.

All aspects of this experience greatly exceeded my expectations.

Raymond was wonderful! He was courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. The service was quick and accurate. We finally have our plumbing back! Thank you so much, Raymond and Roto-Rooter.

The technician showed up within 30 minutes of my phone call. He made me feel at ease about my plumbing situation. He worked diligently through my issue and overcame serious obstacles to solve my problem including calling for additional equipment when needed. The dream team was in and out of my house within 2 hours and my problem was resolved. It's never fun when you have plumbing problems but these guys handled it with professionalism, humor and expertise. I am glad I made the call to Roto-Rooter this morning.

Found garbage disposal was leaking last night, and called Roto-Rooter immediately. John (#1482) came by much earlier than expected, and quickly fixed the issue. Very professional.

Called due a plumbing leak in a water line. Christian came out within the hour and was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He explained what the issue was, possible solutions, and even walked me through what to do if we saw any issues in the future. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Joshua arrived within specified time and diagnosed the sink clog quickly and proceeded to gather his tools to begin work. He listened attentively to my explaination and answered all my questions. A field supervisor; John I believe, also stopped by to check in on progress. Everything was great from a service prospective and quality of the job performed. I do not have another instance to comprare this to, but my initial reaction was that the cost was high. This could be very normal pricing and I'm just not aware but it does also come with a 6 month warrenty. Scheduling an online appointment, super convenient. Same day fix was awesome. Joshua M. was efficient and professional! Would definitely call rotorooter again. I called and they were here in an hour.

Charles and Jake were great to work with and very fair. Another team ended up being called to fix the leak I called about because it was worse than I thought, and Charles and Jake found an issue with my sump pump pipe that I didn't even know had broken yet and fixed it for me. I thought I needed my main line flushed, and they could've done it and charged me for it, but were honest and told me that they thought from their look that it was fine and didn't need work. I would highly recommend them!

Technician Rick Sater knew the problem, and so worked right on it. He fixed the problem soon. Upon completion, he made sure that everything was working right.

I had a issue with my tub backing up with water, I got a appointment same day and the issue was resolved. Definitely recommend Roto-Rooter!

I needed my drains water jetted and only a few companies can do this. They throw in the camera for free and made me aware of some pipe damage I will need to address later. Completely happy with their service.

We had a leak and needed our garbage disposal replaced. They were prompt and professional but were a little more expensive than what we expected.

Dave 2416 was awesome! He’s the kind of technician you’re glad to invite into your home. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and he worked to provide the best outcome for my unfortunate plumbing issue. If I could, I’d ask for him by name the next time.

Had a really good experience on a Sunday afternoon, they dispatched a tech within 20 minutes of my first call to the main switchboard. Christian (3891) was a phenomenal tech who walked us through everything he was going to do in order to clear our blocked drain(s). He was quick, efficient, and extremely courteous.

The guys did a great job installing my new hot water heater. They were on time, fast and had no problem answering my questions.

I submitted online request for service to have basement drain cleared. I received call within 30 minutes that a service technician would be at my home within 45 minutes to provide services. Two (2) hours later I had to call only to find out that there was a slight miscommunication between the service technician and dispatcher, but that they would be sending someone out in the next 20 minutes. When the service technician arrived he was professional, told me what needed to be done and promptly performed the work. Despite the mix up with service time, I am satisfied with the work.

This is the second time I've used roto-rooter, and both experiences went very well. On the most recent trip, I needed to have a stip and supply line replaced on a bathroom toilet, and the work was done quick and professionally.

JOSHUA MACK WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN OUR HOME. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND ENGAGING. HE CLEARED OUR DRAIN AND LEFT THE PLACE SPOTLESS.

We had a bathroom sink drain that was completely obstructed. I booked an appointment online around 6am this morning and by 8:45am Ray was on site to take care of the problem. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes and did an awesome job and was extremely thorough and professional. Very pleased with the quick response and service he provided.
