Joshua Muck #3643 was my technician and he did a thorough, professional, and efficient job in helping us when the floor drain for my central AC unit became clogged. He explained the process, solved the problem in a short amount of time, and charged us a fair price.

Disappointed will never use again so angry I would like to tell you all about it but it such a long story! Don’t use for big projects, plus they overcharge! Rip off con mans!... good luck!

We had John Pennington as our service technician. We were in a bind with no water and a graduation. He fixed our problem with his expertise and kept the cost down as well. I would recommend them - they have competitive pricing and very professional.

We were in the process of having a new refrigerator installed when the copper water line started to leak. We called Roto-Rooter who dispatched Chris Bogner Service Technician #2972. Chris arrived promptly and after inspecting the replacement, left to secure the necessary parts. His work was done professionally and efficiently-beyond the work, Chris was personable and explained the procedure when he had finished. John #1482 - very courteous and clear about what was going to happen, what it would cost, and how long it was going to take. There were no surprises. Our problem was solved and care for our property and clean up after the job was great.

Aaron - #5356 did a wonderful job with our kitchen sink plug. We tried for several days to get the blockage out ourselves with no luck. He was here when he said he would be, and spent almost 2 hours trying to get the sink unclogged. He even had to climb on the roof to open up the vent pipe that the builders of our home left sealed. He never gave up even though we thought it was never going to unplug! Success!! Super happy with Roto-Rooter and Aaron

John #1482 - was very thorough, professional and pleasant. service was on time, he made sure I understood everything that was going on and completed the job in a timely manner. this not my first experience with Roto Rooter - I have always called them - wont use anyone else!

I called Roto Rooter to fix our garbage disposal and they came out the same day right on time and even called me 30 minutes before to say they were on their way. The service technician (#1482) was great and explained everything thoroughly. We would definitely request him again!

I called Roto Rooter and an hour later a Service technician was at my home. Service technician Ray Young quickly assessed my situation and the mainline to the sewer was unclogged within an hour. I've used Roto Rooter in the past and will continue in the future. Quality service in a timely manner by an excellent staff.

We were beyond satisfied with the quick response and professionalism of the dispatch team and the technician. We were visited on the day of our call, given more than one option for repair and not pressured which is always appreciated. The work was done in a short amount of time, and left the space clean. I called on Monday with a non-emergency clogged drain. On Tuesday John Gleason (#1482) arrived at the agreed upon time. He assessed the situation, explained the problem and cause, quoted the price...including a discount, and set to work. He made sure my home was kept clean and my dogs didn't get out when he brought his equipment in. I couldn't be more pleased.

John #1482 was very professional. Thoroughly explained the problem and every thing that needed done and why. He cleaned up and assured my satisfaction before leaving. The only negative thing I can say is that they give you a 4 hour window of time when they will arrive. This is very inconvenient and a large chunk of the day or evening to wait for the plumber to arrive, then wait another hour for the work to be completed.

I visited the web page of this well-known and respected plumbing company where I requested a plumber to clear a clogged kitchen sink. The web page was neat and professional. The work order was easy to complete, and it was submitted in less than 15 minutes. The plumber arrived the very next day. The plumber arrived on time, he examined the sink and he quoted a repair price. I agreed to the price and he began work immediately. The plumber was intelligent, pleasant, and he explained everything he did before he did it. I was confident in his abilities. However, what should have been a 20-minute job took three (3) hours. Instead of being able to clear the clog in the kitchen sink, the plumber had to snake through 75 feet of sludge in the basement drain. It was a strenuous, filthy, and time-consuming process, but the plumber hung in there and he refused to quit till the entire drain was unclogged. I thanked the plumber for a job well done as I watched my troubles go down the drain.

Technician #1482 was at house within 2 hours of service call. He explained everything in detail and was diligent to be tidy and keep work space clean. He unclogged sink quickly and offered recommendations to avoid this happening again in the future.

Ray and Joshua were on time, professional, and fixed the issue quickly. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and neighbors.
