Went into the store today with a tight budget that had little wriggle room the machine i wanted was not available. James help me find a different machine still in my budget range and was helpful with explaining how the machine worked and the features it had

Went in with a budget in mind and they did everything they could to accommodate my budget. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable about the machines and what would be useful and what wouldn’t be for what I wanted. No pressure sales and very easy to work with. I will be a regular customer from here on out.

James was so helpful and knowledgeable while I was looking to replace my 10 yr old Janome basic sewing machine and upgrade to the Brother Quilt Club series. I am so excited to start sewing again.

I took about four hours to decide on the machines I wanted to get. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable about the machines as I asked about features and sewed on them.

Walked in to get service on my older sewing/embroidery machine and walked out with a new upgraded one. I absolutely love all the new features of my Brother NQ3550W. James was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and I even got a trade-in for my old machine. Highly recommend this store! Thank you!

I visited the Conroe store. Great selection and friendly staff. The Janome MC9450 has it all. An extension table le bigger than i have ever seen, a free arm, tons of presser feet, a touch screen, 3 different stitch plates and the extra built-in lighting is awesome. Love my Janome MC9450 sewing machine!

Always great service at my favorite store. Bought my 4th machine from them yesterday and James gave excellent service from start to finish.

I bought my second sewing machine from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse in Conroe, TX today. They were, again, so knowledgeable and helpful. I love that they have longer warranties than anyone else. I have loved my first sewing machine bought here and am sure I will love this one even more.

My husband and I were in the market for a new sewing machine and were advised to go to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. We were not disappointed, as James and the rest of the staff ensured we purchased what was within our budget.Not only did they do that, but spent time to see we were happy and sat down with us ti inventory what was in the box before we left. We would definitely recommend buying from here.

Found SVW on a web search to see if I could get help with a 30+ year old Kenmore. James and Tammy were so helpful in explaining what is broken now and what will continue to happen. I knew this day was coming and my husband encouraged me to start looking for a new machine. They spent so much time with us showing all the options and new technology. Ended up getting one that I know I will love for the next 30 years! Thank you guys!

My wife and Daughter needed a new sewing and quilting machine to replace one that could no longer be locally or conveniently serviced. Finding a good dealer within reasonable distance meeting the girl's requirements proved difficult. Then we decided to look at other brands and found the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. The staff has been outstanding, and they answered my wife's detailed questions, demonstrated several machines, and allowed her and my daughter to practice sewing and quilting. My wife selected a very good, fully capable quality quilting machine. After my wife is comfortable in the free classes and says 'yes' I will purchase the much larger machine she wants. We have had outstanding sales, support and service or I would not be returning.

Recently searched the internet for a place to buy a sewing machine for my spouse and found this place. Come to find out, they are the place to go for sewing machines of all kinds/sizes and they have fabrics/hardware/accessories for sewing as well. The people are friendly and the location was really nice, highly recommend!

I just bought an embroidery machine from them and they were great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I love my machine and whenever I call to ask a question, they have the answers at hand. Jacqueline and Quinton were both so great. I will enjoy shopping there for a long time.

Very nice place. James was very good and finding the problem with my Janome sewing machine . I wound up trading it in for the newer model . They were easy to work with and very friendly !

Bought my most recent Janome sewing machine from the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. they have a huge selection of machines and all the accessories to go with them. In addition, they have a cleaning and reparing service. Their large selection of fabrics and notions is a handy addition to the store. I highly recommend this store.
