Convenient store where the sewing machine addicts among us will have fun! Excellent customer service, prompt repairs and problem resolution which is very important when purchasing an expensive machine.

Now buying my second machine from this great store! And I am sure it won't be my last!

One should seriously consider taking their repairs to a different vendor and location. I have certainly NOT been pleased with waiting over 2 months for a repair on my sewing machine. Each time I've called I have been given the same song and dance, that they are waiting on a part. Just wondering if that illusive part is being shipped around the world and back and I am STILL WAITING. And then don't dare ask if they can explain what is taking so long, because all I got was snotty, "No I sure can't because I'm the only one here right now. Our repair guy is not here, but I can leave a note for him to contact you." Well, nothing like a little customer service with an attitude to make my experience all the better.

Stellar customer service is rare these days, but not at the Conroe Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. Tricia is super knowledgeable and she patiently answered all my questions so that we both felt confident that I bought the right machine in the end. It was a great experience!

Go There! I bought an embroidery machine from a different from one of the "big box stores" Big Mistake! I was having a problem with it but was getting nowhere with the "big box store". I stopped in Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse for some embroider thread, (they have a wonderful selection on hand) and spoke to the repair guy, he suggested how to fix my machine and it worked! So when I bought my new Janome Memory Craft 6600 I knew exactly where I would be purchasing it. Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse of Conroe! I got a very good price, excellent customer service, and I knew great repair service should I ever need it. I am extremely happy with my new machine and I would highly recommend this location for ANY purchase.

The atmosphere is pleasant, inviting and non-condescending. The presentation is a "no hassle" presentation. The layaway option makes upgrades to your current equipment very tangible. Chris was very personable, as well as the others, but he stands out as an asset to both the business and the specific location. Thanks Chris for the experience! It was really worth the 18 miles I drove to get there. See you again soon.

The staff in this store is so friendly and helpful. Chris was the person that helped us . He has a lot of good information on most if not all the sewing machines. I went in to have my 30 yr. old machine looked at. I am happy to say,that I am even much more happy with my new Janome . Thanks Chris for all your help

I had a pleasurable experience with our Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse of Conroe. Sara was so patient with showing me how to use my new Jonome 6600. She knows her stuff and I was very satisfied t with everything after I left with my new machine. I feel like I could just give her a call and would be taken care of. I love my Jonome and will be visiting our store for a long time. Thanks again Sara and good luck with our new store. I will be back and will recommend our store in Conroe, Texas.

of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have had in ages happened when I visited the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse in Conroe. Tricia took all the time in the world with me, first trying to save an antique machine that I dearly loved, and when that was impossible, showing me the machines available that meet my needs with a patient friendly smile and manner that made me feel I was visiting with a good friend. There was no rush to make up my mind. I came out with a new machine that just it my needs and the assurance that I could always count on her for support on any of my sewing problems. Now, that's the way to do business.

You just can't beat a store that has friendly staff and a good selection. I traded in an old embroidery machine that I was never able to get to work correctly for a new, different brand. I have already done more embroidery on my new machine than I did in the three years that I had the old one. Thanks, Chris, for your help.

The people were very friendly & helpful. The store was well orginized & very clean. I love my new sewimg machine!

My wife and I went in with our 35+year old Singer that my mother had given us for our wedding. My wife was making baby blankets for our new grandchildren when it quit. As I feared, the old plastic/nylon gears had rotted/stripped away and we were looking at the cost of a new machine for repairs. Tricia was extremely helpful and patient, since from our perspective things in the world of sewing machines had changed dramatically. She demonstrated the machines we had questions about, allowed my wife to work with the different machines. Tricia is extremely knowledgeable about all the different brands - I don't think we asked a single question that she wasn't able to provide answers or information about. No high pressure sales and actually pointed us to a refurbed second hand Janome MC9500 as an economical way to "enter" the world of the higher end embroidery/sewing/quilting machines. She also signed my wife up for classes and membership for the local Janome club. They are also setting up some one on one sessions for new Janome owners - even though it is not a sale for a new machine. I don't think either of us could have asked for a better experience or more knowledgeable/helpful staff.

The service and staff are exceptional. I had three machines serviced and cleaned there. I returned with two of them to get help and was amazed at the undivided attention given to me and my machines. Pleasantly surprised that the cost of this minor adjustment was part of the fee I paid when having those machines serviced and cleaned. A GREAT place to trade.

This place is great and Tricia really knows her stuff. Don't CHANGE a thing! Sort of like a friendly neighbor who also sells sewing and embroidery machines, sergers, thread, vacuums, steamers and does repair work. They have a wide range of machines, lowest prices, classes, and absolute. BEST Customer Service! A perfect Saturday morning visit kind of shop

I went to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse to buy an Embroidery machine. Tricia was very helpful and took her time explaining the different choices that were available. I was referred by a friend who said they very helpful to her. Glad I went to Sewing and Vacuum warehouse.

I went to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse - Conroe to purchase a 1/4 inch foot for my machine. After looking around at machines, and trying a few out with Richard, a sales associate, I really considered purchasing an upgraded machine. The next day I came back and Tricia helped me make my final decision. I love my new machine and particularly liked the opportunity to try it out before the purchase.

The staff at the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse in Conroe is extremely knowledgable and friendly. I am a beginner and they were quite patient and helpful. I look forward to working with the staff there in the future.
