I recently purchased a 2015 Moto Guzzi California from Rick at Eurosports. It took me several weeks to decide on a bike, and Rick was informative throughout the entire process. From discussing the pluses and minuses of each bike, to demo rides, to the knowledge Rick has an experienced rider, I was able to make an educated decision. This is the second new bike I have purchased from Rick and I have been completely satisfied with both purchases. In addition, the service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The staff at Eurosports are real pros, can't go wrong here.

I bought my Diavel and RSV4 from Euro and love coming back to have them serviced or when I want to purchase parts. These guys are a pleasure to deal with, whether for sales, service or parts. Could not be happier with my experience.

Excellent! Erik took the time explained features of many bikes and helped me find one that fit me as well as kept my attention. They were able to locate the bike I wanted quickly and the team helped get me fitted for new gear. Would recommend them to anyone!! A+ in my book.

Massimo helped me from beginning to end in getting my Guzzi's first service done. As I get used to the bike, I raised concerns that he handled very professionally and courteously. I never once felt like I was an inconvenience to him with my questions, and the service done on my bike was done perfectly. I purchased my bike elsewhere since I was able to get a better deal on it, but I would definitely come back here and recommend people to come here just based on this service visit. It is hard these days to find good customer service.. VERY difficult. Eurosports should feel lucky to have people this good working in their service department!

My overall experience with Eurosports was excellent! From the time I walked in the door until I left with my new bike I was made to feel like the most important customer. The appearance of the dealership was second to none and knowledge of sales staff (Erik R.) was superior to other dealerships I have visited. Great selection of clothing and accessories on the floor. Customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to find the exact model I wanted since they did not have one in stock. Would definitely recommend this dealer if you're in the market for one of their brands.

Bought a brand new triumph Daytona and my accessories here. Went back to them to talk about a more comfortable set of risers. Their parts person suggested a set of risers that would work on my bike. After a month, and at least 20 calls to them to get status on the risers they finally came in. Its not their fault the product was backordered, but they absolutely stink at keeping their customer informed. So I brought the bike there, they installed the risers which turned out to be absolutely useless. Even their service guy said they were useless for my bike. After having the stock risers put back on, the owner (Bill) was ademant that I be charged $270 to cover their costs even though they made the mistake ordering the wrong product. Bottom line, I paid $270 and rode away with nothing. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY AND BE TREATED UNFAIRLY I'LL NEVER GO BACK.
