The service was just great; keep up the good work. I have been here many times and the service has been fine on every occasion.

first it took forevery to get a sale representative. second, they sold me a car with problems, they tryed to repair it twice and i still have the issue. now they say to me: "we cannot do anything, sorry". i try to call again but nobody now seem to work on my issue.

We'd also like to pass along a sincere "thank you" to Sales Manager Jean Paul. He went above and beyond the norm to ensure we purchased exactly what we wanted. He, along with Kenny G. made some arrangements for us that we wouldn't have ever expected. The teamwork at your location is phenomenal! And along with that, we cannot forget about Sami Ghandour, the finance manager and former sales associate. We have worked with him over the years and when we see him, well, it is like working with family.

All too often customers are very quick to file complaints, but we feel that a good job deserves as much attention.
