The team was extremely easy to work with, made sure all the planning was worked out before the big day. I'm very happy with the service and recommend to anyone looking for a way to capture the moment.

They are attentive and alert, they never fail to greet me and acknowledge me and even remember my name!!!! My mother lives in a community in which Chief Protective Services provides security service.

Recently, I experienced a significant theft at one of the commercial properties I manage and Chief Protective Service came immediately to my aid. It was one of those unfortunate situations where I assumed the general contractor was providing security during their renovation and this was not the case. As this property is over 6 hours away from my corporate office, I contacted the local Chief Protective Services office and was so impressed that they visited the site within the hour and had thorough coverage plan recommendations within 2 hours for me.

Chief Protective Services were extremely responsive, providing staff who were professional and who worked well with the Airport Police staff. John Wayne Airport would highly recommend Chief Protective Services, Inc. for unarmed guard services.

Since the guards have been on this property, it has made it safer. I like the professional attire of the guards and also how patrol is being conducted.

Quite often their guards do not show up for duty. So quite often I called their office. They very nicely and automatically say that they will send out a replacement guard, but no replacement guardd has ever shown up. Bad Service and overbilling pratices.

I found the assistant, Kristi, to be very personable. Most especially, the VP Felix Quinones ALWAYS went out of his way to help, whether it was assigning to a more suitable post, or listening to issues--he even gave me some names of people who could help me buy a small house..he was top notch!
