Submitting a sample for testing was easy, and the person collecting the sample explained the process very well. I submitted a sample on a Thursday and received the result the following Sunday. I would use this lab again.

Great! Being tested for having covid can be nerve-racking, but the girl who took my test was very calming and patient with me. Left feeling less stressed than when I came in.

Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The testing was easy and fast. We were done within 10 minutes from the time we got there. Test result time was excellent. We will use them again if needed.

The employees were extremely patient and kind. I was having a bad day and not being easy. They treated me great and I thank them for that.

A little confusing when I arrived. But I believe I have it figured out now. Staff was friendly and helpful. Over all a good quick experience once I got clarity.

I had an appointment today because I was exposed. I showed up five minutes early and was promptly greeted by an attendant. She was precise and thorough. I was checked in, swabbed and in my way in less than 10 minutes! Thank you!

I wish I would have remembered the young gentleman‘s name but your collectors were very polite and positive. I missed my appointment because I went to the wrong location and they Accommodated me. I would highly recommend this to anyone

The app registration was a little long and may be hard for older people to do by themselves. Staff was excellent.

Efficient and pleasant (as much as sticking something up your nose can be). Very quick turnaround time to get test results- within 24 hours although that must vary depending on the backlog.
