Mr. Ronnie gets 5 stars plus some from me! I appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain our problem & what needed to be done in order to fix it. They were all very professional & made me glad I called. I'd definitely use their services again!

Ronnie was very professional and very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and why. I learned about how my septic tank work and I did not feel like he was rushing to get the job done.

Not knowing anything about septic systems, my septic tank began backing up into the tubs and toilets inside my home, so I called Ronnie's Septic Tank Service at 11 PM after trying to reach other septic services. Ronnie's was the only one that answered at that hour, and he was kind enough to explain to me what I could do myself to prevent any further catastrophe until someone could get to my home the next day. I contacted Ronnie again the next morning; he was here at the time he promised and showed and explained to my husband and I what had happened to our system. He also explained to us what to do to prevent another situation like this one in the future. And, his fees were very reasonable. My neighbor paid another septic service twice what we paid Ronnie for his superb service.

I want to Thank Ronnie's Septic , for the Service they did to my Septic Tank, I came from up State and We had Sweage we did not have Septic Tanks so I thought i was going to have a bad experience but, Ronnie explain what was going on and why this was happing, very professional and friendly . You can always count on your septic tank acting up at the worse opportunity. Middle of the afternoon our tolites won't flush. Panic.....Called Ronnie's Sepic Tank and in a little over an hour he and his grandsons were here. My neighbor also had the same experience a couple of weeks ago, that is why I call Ronnie to begin with. I wasn't disappointed. He showed me exactly what was going on. (I know, the smell, but it definitely confirmed what Ronnie was telling me. It took a total clean out and a new "T" . (Our system is 35 years old and they didn't make them to last back then!!) They were very coutious and cleaned up so you could hardly tell they were there. Thanks to Ronnie, we were up and flushing again in 2 hours all for under $800. Felt like a bargin after seeing what all they had to do. I would difinitely recommend Ronnie's Septic Tank Service to anyone. They are in Covington but came to Conyers with no problem.

InSpection Letter

Our Very own home finally,But F.H.A., said we needed A Inspection letter from a certified Septic Co. I was told they would flush the toilet & look over the yard for sewage leak , I found Ronnie Septic in yp.com read his review's . I called him, he told me it would have to open the Tank to do a proper in spection. I was scaple, But he told me it would benifit me in the long run.He came out and opened the tank where there was suppose to be water,it was so thick ( Due to neglet)you could not stick a shovel in it. Ronnie said that this was my lucky day,we could save it. We now are in our new home with no septic tank problem thanks, Ronnie Septic, see ya in 3 yrs. P.S. Get your tanks In spection call Ronnie

Ronnie and his crew were great. They were on time and did a great job cleaning my tank. They were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. Ronnie also made a lot of great recommendations on how to improve my septic systems performance.

My tank is in a difficult location. With some hard work they were able to reach it and pump it. When they were done you could barely tell that they had been on site. I have recommended Ronnie to my neighbors and friends, and will call him the next time I need my septic tank pumped.

mothers day present

We got up this morning getting ready for my kids to come over,the toilet ran over. I thought it would be impossible to get a septic pumped out, But I found & quot ;Ronnie Septic & quot;, He said he would be right over, he is only 7 miles from my house, like a lot of others, I have waited to long to have my tank pumped. he did a full service on it. No extra charge for being Mothers day, Ronnie is very friendly person, thanks Ronnie Septic.

Things About To Change!

This morning was like any other morning , All that changed when my toilet ran over, I found Ronnies Septic, in the yellow pages called him & he came out with his Grandson , opened my Tank . It was full oF solids , my house is 8 yrs. old and never been serviced. he said we need a full service & pumped and also enzymes working in the system. the enzymes will help in breaking down organic & in organic solids to keep my absorption feld from stopping up, and costing me thousands of dollars to replace. RONNIE WAS VERY PERFESSIONL & VERY HELPFUL, THEY DID A GREAT JOB!! THANK GOODNESS, THANKS RONNIE!

I am really sorry that I ever posted this awful review. It wasn’t accurate or fair to Ronnie and after examining the facts, I have to correct some things I wrote. Ronnie did more than just pump my tank. He gave me a full service overhaul. He pumped my tank, cleaned my filter and snaked out my drain lines and also the field lines. He also did some major repair to my cleanout pipe and resupplied my tank with industry strength enzymes. And Ronnie is correct that my neighbor had a smaller tank and did not have half the work that I did on my system. She basically just had hers pumped with no service or repairs done. When I called to compare other companies I was quoted 1200.00 for the work that Ronnie did for only 670.00. Another company quoted me 1500.00!!! So I really was a winner using Ronnie’s. He did a great job and was really professional, kind and very courteous to me. He took his time to explain everything to me and to teach me ways to help maintain my system. Ronnie, I am sorry for the inaccurate negative review. I have tried everything to remove but have not had any luck. You guys did a fantastic job and I will definitely see you in three years… After all, when I checked you’re by far the best price in town!

Ronnie and his son and grandson seem like really nice people... However I feel completely cheated by them. They charged me 385.00 just to pump out my tank. My tank is 1500 gallons. When I asked about cleaning the filter he quoted another cost...saying it would be 670.00 total for pumping tank and then digging another hole to get to the filter. My neighbor had the same thing done by Best Septic who charged only 320.00 to do everything that Ronnie charged 670.00 to do. I thought they were honest people based on the reviews but I was wrong. I really don't like leaving negative reviews but I hope this will save people from making the mistake I did. Times are hard and I took a huge hit from Ronnie. Also when I called afterwards to see if he would quote a different price... He did. He qouted 560.00. Very dissapointed that people would try to take advantage of others during these hard economic time. I do not recommend them nor would I do business with them in the future.

I had been thinking my toilet sounded funny when i flushed it like a blub! blub! sound, but when my son came in yelling the toilet was filling up.It stop right at the top ,thank goodness. I went looking for help, I found Ronnie Septic and called him, he told me about the emergency clean out and how to set it free on the ground that is and not on the bathroom floor.He came right out and showed me my problem and it was full of soilds and it was stop up in what he called a "TEE" . he said it was because I didn't service my tank in time,He serviced my tank and got me fixed up, Friendly, professional ,reasonal,

Yesterday I was washing clothes, I went in the bathroom and soap and something else was coming up in my tub, my toilet ran over , the week before I seen some water in my yard,but with all the rain,I didn't think to much about it,UNTIL NOW. I went to the Y.P.com and found Ronnie''s Septic and all the five,star review's Ronnie & Son and Grandson came out and got me pump out & fix up. This Family Bussiness is very Friendly & professional, thank you Ronnie Septic, I will always use you service.

My septic tank was supposed to have been emptied a month ago, but it clogged up again quickly. I called Ronnie's and from the start he was very friendly.

He thought I would have to wait one whole day before he could get to my septic problems, but he called the very next morning and came right out.

Come to find out the other septic cleaning company had only cleaned out about half of my tank, they completely cleaned my septic tank and unclogged a stopped up line.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Monday while taking my shower the water stop going out of the drain.The toilet had filled to the top and about to run over.( oh no house full of sewage and snowed in),

I called Ronnies Septic ,and he said he could not get out of his yard to pump of fixed my problem.But he told me to go out side the house to locate a small white pipe sticking up beside the house from the ground , It is about the size of a 2 liter coke bottom, he stayed with me on the phone while I look for it , I found it and did what he said, it dain my toilet and shower when I opened it. He told me it was called a emergency clean out. It stop it from flooding my house with sewage,yesterday he came out and pump and service my tank. All is fine now. Thank God I found Ronnie Septic, he was more than helpful and friendly service. Thank you Ronnie,Son and Grandson.
