We had a unique situation in that we have a large RV and the only door on the vehicle was closed, not locked but would not open. The mechanism inside the door malfunctioned and the key lock would not open the door.

It took some time, some internet research, and good ole locksmith magic but Jay was able to get it our door open. He did all of this in the rain on Sunday and didn’t charge any extra for all the time and special work needed to do this. He was very capable and professional. We were pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to cleanup the area and make sure we were satisfied with his workmanship.

I called and they quickly got me scheduled since I was locked out of my house. i ended up being able to get in, and they were so courteous to me to not even charge me a cancellation fee. I feel very fortunate to have called Jay at A Tri County Lock. In a age where people don't always show when they say they will and maybe not provide the service they agreed to do. As this was NOT the case with Jay. He's very reliable , he went above and beyond what he was called to perform. After changing our home locks he then did a very through exam through our home. I am blown away at their service!! I called and Jay was here within 20 mins tops. And had my door open in less than 5, without any damage!!! I've already added him to my contact list so I never lose this info. 85 degrees and muggy outside. I thought for sure that we would be stuck outside for hours.

I called A-Tri County and Freddy come out to my house because the deadbolt on my front door was not locking correctly and it was loose. He was there within the hour of me calling and was wonderful. As a renter, I was given keys to doors that just didn’t work. So I managed to just work with the key that worked all my deadbolts. Unfortunately, out of habit, I locked the door handle lock – the lock that I did not have a key for! It was 9:30 at night and I was in a panic. It was just my daughter and I and as a single mother, I always worry about people’s intentions and motives. It’s scary to ask/hire help from people or companies that you are unfamiliar with. A friend told me to call a locksmith because my landlord was out of town and the only thing I had was Google. Thank God the first company that I called was A-Tri-County. Jay was VERY patient with me on the phone as my panicked, anxious mindset probably came out as rudeness. He made me aware of what car to expect in my driveway and handed me his business card immediately to identify himself. This might not sound like a big deal to some, but to me, it was a huge piece of mind. While he was getting the door unlocked, Jay educated me on some things to speak to my landlord about and made many valid points to ensure the safety of my daughter and myself. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make this horrible experience not so bad after all. Jay from A-Tri-County Locksmith is already programed into my phone! Jay and Freddie of A-Tri County Lock were professional, fair, skilled at their profession, and left our house in better condition than when they arrived. I would highly recommend their company to those in need of a locksmith. They changed four locks on our house, keyed the locks to our current keys and provided us extra keys.
