I met with Dr Kurup in their new Arlington location (they also have spots in Fort Worth and Southlake too!, in addition to N Dallas. After your initial visit you submit your progress online and your prescriptions are refilled at your pharmacy. Very easy and convenient.

During the past 12 years of our operation we have successfully treated hundreds of thousands of patients in need of weight loss and/or healthy weight maintenance primarily through the use of long term treatment of patients with phentermine in a customized dosage for each patient to suppress patient hunger and their drive to overeat in combination with an off label use of fluoxetine as first described by Michael Anchors, M.D., PhD, in his book, "Safer Than Phen-Fen" published in 1994. Fluoxetine is optional for patient use and is prescribed to inhibit "tolerance" to the hunger suppressing effects of phentermine which enables extreme patient hunger suppression and inhibition of the patient's drive to overeat while enabling the lowest dose of phentermine possible. Most patients who have used phentermine alone as well as the phentermine and fluoxetine combination prefer the combination medical therapy. This is consistent with a comparison study of the use of phentermine alone versus phentermine in combination with fluoxetine as performed by the Eli Lilly Company (a drug manufacturer) which demonstrated considerably more patient weight loss with the phentermine-fluoxetine combination as opposed to the use of phentermine alone. This parallels our own twelve year experience during which we have treated in excess of 100,000 patients successfully with to the best of our knowledge no known adverse patient medical treatment effects.
