The Service Advisor, Jesse Hernandez, provided immediate assistance. Service Advisor Hernandez has an in depth knowledge of the Honda product and he displayed ourstanding professionalism. My 2005 Honda Accord was in for service promptly and the service mechanics diagnosed the problem within an hour. John Eagle Honda will be the dealership I will always bring my three Honda's for service in the future.

I called John Eagle and it was confirmed they had the one I was looking for.They were so very nice and it ws a wonderful experience. I recommend them highly. Also, the Service Department is very good to deal with.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the car we bought, and took the time to go over all of the features of the car, which I greatly appreciated. We buy cars every 3 years, and I will definitely go back to Jeremy next time we are in need of a car, and I have already recommended him to a friend who I know is buying a Honda.
