I've had my storage there for several years and have been impressed with their service, cleanliness and location. I plan on keeping my stuff there for years to come.

For those who are looking for a place to stored there belongings, I would highly recommend Security Public Storage. They provide a very good excellent service, it's a safe neighborhood and the facility is super clean! Elizabeth and Trevor super friendly and very helpful :)

Great experience and very accommodating! Trevor was kind enough to work with my situation and made it easy to get my things stored. Super convenient location as well as the availability of an onsite van is a great plus! Highly recommend!

I have been very satisfied with my storage experience at the Carter Street, Daly City location since 2015. The managers of the facility, Trevor and Liz, are responsive to their tenants, and run a clean and secure operation. As a result, the customers are friendly and courteous. There is plenty of parking, dollies are available, and access to the facility is limited only on major holidays.

My husband Marvin and I are very Satisfied with the facility. ALWAYS well lighted, easy access and the couple who manages this site are very courteous and helpfyl..I recommended my son to them and he now has a unit..

Had a dry Bad experience at my last public storage. Just walking into the office I felt I was going to be happy with these two your couple. Very informative and everything is so clean. When I have a problem they are right there to help and cover and upsets. It is very clean and have plenty of hand trucks All in all nothing to complain about

Trevor the manager is always polite and super helpful. And is easy to get around in the hallway i have my whole living room in a unit Huge table and big couches and for me it was easy to maneuver my way around.

I had to move stuff into storage in 2010 and found Security Public Storage in Daly City to be the most friendly, cleanest facility I looked at. I love the flexibility of getting to my storage unit when I need to, as well as the location. The climate control is a super bonus and I have never ever heard of any break ins and know my things are safe there.

The staff is excellent and easy to work with.Their hospitality is the reason I decided to open up another storage, not just because I needed more space. I took advantage of their 6-month discount, which definitely helps financially.

The location is easy to get to and they updated their security panels. Weekends are busy, but there's always parking, enough flat beds, and the view is amazing.

There is no reason why I wouldn't want to use this location for my storage needs. Other storage users keep the place clean, so I do my part and keep it clean also.

This storage facility is very clean and also has the best staff ever! They are professional and also very friendly.

My experience with the staff and service of Security Public Storage in Daly City has been one of consistent friendly and professional service. Not only do they recognize me when entering the office (which is once every 3 months), the staff has my best interest in saving on storage. When I had decided to move out of SF, I was needing to move to a larger storage unit. The staff recommended that I go online to book the larger storage in order to save money rather than complete the order in the office. I realized that I did not want to leave the city, and went in thinking I would lose the 1st mo's rent on the larger unit. The staff member without my having to beg proceeded to prorate the charges for the time acquired and transferred the remaining money to my existing unit! That's efficient and excellent service!

Everyone at this location is friendly and it's in a safe area. They also work with you to make sure you're getting the right storage size you need so you're not overpaying.

My experience has been a very positive one starting with my very first phone call, for which they were professional, courteous, and helpful. They're facility is well maintained, and in an excellent, safe, and secure location. I've never had any problems dropping off, or picking up my belongings, and am glad I chose this Security Public Storage location.
