Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare and any messages left seem to disappear into a black hole. Getting prescriptions filled is lengthy, roundabout, and arduous task akin to pulling teeth, and questions and concerns are rarely answered. The majority of phone calls made to his office are met with a "we'll let him know/ask him and call you back" from office staff and then never returned. His medical knowledge is sufficient, but his bedside manner is abrasive and often unnecessarily rude.

I have been seeing Dr. Lockman for several months due to a shoulder injury. I went in as a WC case but was denied my WC.
I expressed my concerns with Dr. Lockman and he made sure to let me know what he was doing and how much it would be costing me. He took care of me even though I did not have much money.
He has made me feel comfortable at each appt., he listens to my needs and concerns, and he was patient, kind, and considerate to me.
I hope I am able to see him after my hearing for my WC ...

I've only seen Dr. Lockman twice this year and he's really great. He relates to my pain as he's gone through similar discomfort and treatment. I think I've been getting treated for the wrong thing all these years.
