I am an old man, nearly 72 years of age. I must admit that I was pretty uneasy with going to a car dealer tobuy a new car, but I sucked it up and took my credit union's recommendation and went to University Honda as I wanted to purchase a new Honda CR-V for my wife.

I recently purchased a used 2012 Civic. The staff was great. It took me over a month to find the exact car and price I was looking for and the staff was very patient and helpful. In the end I got a great car at a very fair price.

Very pleasant experience. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process was straight forward and pressure free. I left feeling like I got a very fair deal without the stress that I have encountered previously when purchasing a car. . This was easily the best buying experience I have ever had Thank you University Honda!!

I purchased a car from there and since I had to get home the guy who was helping me offered to come to my home and show me how to use all the gadgets in the car. The gps and how to connect my ipod. It was around 9:30 and he was still at our garage trying to show my wife and I how to use it.

Nobody is perfect and we all have our bad day but the people you have working for you at University Honda have reached a high standard of friendly customer service. I appreciate everybody’s efforts in helping me. Everyone here was such a pleasure to work with I will be coming back for my next car.

Your staff treated me with such class from the nice lady offering rides to the people who check you in, to the people who explain what they will be doing , to the man who pointed me out to the comfortable messaging chair. All of them treated me with such friendliness and respect.

It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with University Honda. I don't like any kind of high pressure or sales tactics. I took test drives, and when I asked for Costco pricing, they lived up to the no-hassle pricing policy and gave me a great price. This is a family business, and it shows. You get the feeling that the employees all like working there, and that they all are committed to making you happy too. I asked a lot of questions, and they were all answered clearly and pleasantly. I have dealt with their salesmen, their sales manager, their finance manager, and their service department, and without exception everyone was been both friendly and professional. In addition, I totally love my new car. I was replacing a much-cherished aging Volvo, and the 2013 Accord has already won my heart. It drives like a dream and has all of the features that I wanted (safety, audio, heated seats, side and rear cameras, etc,)

I am one satisfied customer I bought my second Honda from you yesterday (my first was in 2008) I want you to know that your staff does a wonderful job.

Went in for a quick oil change over the weekend. The service staff was very friendly and polite. The car also needed a minor service, but they didn't hassle to get it done with them unlike other places. I think I could manage to do those things myself. I even asked for a cash wash at the very last minute and he was very nice about it. Sometimes they offer discounts on their website. Highly recommend getting your car serviced here. I was in and out in less than an hour. Ask for Jarad! at the ""Express Service"" desk."

University Honda was the best experience of my life!! University Honda has been a locally owned family business for the past 21 years, when i found that out i was stunned usually car dealers are owned by big corporations that all they want is money, at Honda I felt that they truly cared about me, I had an amazing car buying experience everyone was so friendly and not pushy at all. They even let me take the car home for a night before i bought it so i could make sure i wanted it fully. Ive been to a bunch of dealer ships and have been treated poorly and pushy, the only dealership I will ever go to from now on is University Honda. At university Honda they pride there selves to treat people exactly how they would want to be treated, Ive never seen that at any other dealer before.

"Best car buying experience we had! I first shopped in the internet for a Honda Fit. Neil Gaus replied right away with price and options. He also mentioned that the Honda Civics were on sale and with the sale price, it is not much higher compared to the Fit. The sale was over when we decided to purchase the vehicle but Neil was still able to give us the sale price. He's very pleasant to deal with and is able to tune in and provide what we were looking for.

We just bought our second car from these great people in Davis. Most recently, we bought a Pilot through their Costco program and were amazed at how easy and economical it was. We got such an amazing deal and the staff was wonderful with follow-up, etc. Our salesman, Fred, was particularly helpful and knowledgable. We'll be back in 10 years when we need a new Honda!

Last but not least, Nicole for doing an excellent delivery of what could be intimidating paperwork. All of the University Honda Staff that we met were friendly and welcoming. Although we have a Honda dealership 15 minutes away from home, we plan on taking the extra time to drive our vehicle to the University Honda for services. Thank you once again.
