From the office down to the tech's. Very impressive. I have a business that lives depend on proper working heat and air. I always know Shawn will be right on it. We are constantly on a restricted budget so good quality and low prices are critical. We found all of that with Decatur Heat and Air. I would recommend them to anyone.

My thermostat was malfunctioning on a fairly hot and humid day. I called Decatur Heat & Air to make a service call. I didn't expect same day service. Thanks for coming so quickly. The tech was awesome, especially with my dogs. Thanks Thanks Thanks

I can always get great customer service from anyone who comes out to service my house. My fan went out and they found a dead mouse in my unit. They cleared out the rodent & made necessary repairs and had me up and going in no time!

My main thermostat for the main unit was only clicking when it tried to come on and would never come on. Decatur Heat & Air determined that I had a bad thermostat and replaced it. I was very impressed with their service.

My ac would just hum when it ran. I called Decatur Heat & Air and that got me all fixed up and had such wonderful service with them.

My tenants in Decatur called me stating their heat wasn't working at all & it was very cold that day. I called Decatur Heat & Air and they got a tech out pretty quick. They determined that the unit needed to be replaced. They then went to pickup the unit and came back and installed it immediately to get my tenants heating again before the end of the day.

My a/c quit cooling on a Saturday. Decatur Heat & Air sent a technician out. They determined that I needed a new outside unit. They replaced it and had me up an cooling again. They were courteous and did a great job!

My outside unit was making a really loud noise. I called Decatur Heat & Air and they determined that my motor had gone out. They got it replaced, now my unit is nice and quiet

My heater had quit running and was blowing cold air. I called Decatur Heat & air and they got me all fixed up. They determined that my thermostat was bad. The tech even offered to wear booties! Everything is working good now.

Me heater had quit working. I called Decatur Heat & Air and they sent Mike out. He found that an animal had chewed through the wires on my unit. He repaired the wires and had my heater working again! He was prompt, quick and did a good job!

My heating went out at the worst time and in the middle of a rare ice storm. Decatur Heat & Air came out and got me fixed up. I really appreciate them and am very thankful that it won't be 32 degrees inside my home anymore.
