It was time for an annual check on my heating systems. I called Decatur Heat & Air to have a fall inspection done. I have 5 units and the technician performed a check on all of them in a very timely manner and was very friendly.

I have an annual maintenance agreement with Decatur Heat and Air. They came out and performed a check up of all my heating systems. I was very impressed by how polite and courteous the technicians were.

My ac quit cooling and the fan wasn't running. So I called Decatur Heat & Air and they sent a technician out. I was very satisfied with the work. They got in and out quick and didn't overcharge me. I have their magnet on my fridge and will use them again.

Decatur Heat and Air is very knowledgable, professional and pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with their work in the past and on our old unit. So when I started having problems with my old unit I only called Decatur Heat and Air. When I was told I would probably need a new system I didn't shop around to find the best price because I knew they have a company with good service and are fair. We are now enjoying our new system and the cost savings in our summer electric bills!

They were able to get the job done quickly during their busiest time. They answered all of my question and took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied.

During the hottest part of the summer my a/c was freezing up. Decatur Heat and Air checked it and determined that I needed a new unit. I decided to replace the whole unit. They did a great job installing it and got me cooling again pretty quick.

I have had serveral contractors look at my unit and none of them ever resolved my problem. Mark from Decatur Heat and Air listened to my complaint and had several ideas. He checked out the system and his ideas and resolved my problem. I would recommend Decatur Heat and Air to anyone.

I chose to replace my system and call Decatur Heat and Air to perform this job. They are great, prompt, courteous and good people. They always help me with all of my needs. I would recommend my friends to them.

I had a very old unit that the ac part finally quit working in the middle of the hottest part of the summer. I was trying to get a loan from the bank and the process was taking longer than anticipated. Decatur Heat and Air went ahead and installed a complete system before I was able to get the loan approved just to get cooling inside my home for my children and myself and when I needed it most. They were all amazing!

I had a coil that wasover 30 rs old in my home. I work nights and woke up hot I called Decatur Heat and Air and they came to look at my unit. They clened my condenser coils and determined that my indor coil was failing and needed to be replaced. They replaced my coil and ow my home stays very cold. I'm very pleased with their work and knowlege.

I ave had several contractors look at my unit in thepast and none of them ever resolved my problem. Mark from Decatur Heat & Air listen to my complaint and had several ideas and checked out the system and resolved the problem. I would strongly recommend Mark's company to anyone in our area.

Replaced upstairs American Standard Heat Pump due to evaporator coil leak after 9 yrs of service.Replaced the downstairs unit after 24 yrs service. The new units were installed away from the house to prevent ice & snow from falling from roof on top of the condenser units.We had single digit cold & ice the next week , we kept warm and for 1st time in 24 yrs didnt have to wash ice off condensing units.The previous contractor did not seal the holes around duct and drain wasnt ran properly which caused flooding of sheet rock upstairs. What a difference the contractor makes. Feb 23-2011
