The movers arrived on time. They checked how I packed things, some had to be repacked. They used their materials, neatly loaded and unloaded. They even helped to arrange the furniture. All transportation and packing was careful and tidy.

Everything went fantastic and quick. They arrived a few minutes early and got straight to work. They did an excellent job wrapping everything and were very fast and efficient at packing the truck. The estimate was very accurate and there were no surprises at the end.

The two gentlemen arrived on time, were very professional, came in to assess the situation and layout of the home and made a plan to pack and move the items in the most efficient manner. The men worked quickly and had a great attitude the entire time. Will continue to use this company.

They were fast, efficient, and took incredible care to make sure everything was perfect. They packed up dishes, glasses, and other kitchen items. Everything was handled carefully and no damage to any of the items. Took apart all the furniture and put it back together quickly and correctly. Would highly recommend.

They moved my things in no time - and wrapped up anything that could have possibly been scratched or broken. There wasn't a scratch, dent, or damaged thing to be found. Efficient, friendly, affordable, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I always hold out hope that there will be some silver lining in the moving businesses and Cross Country Moving Group is exactly that. They were very professional, efficient, and kind. I was moved within my home in Chicago within a month and it was solely on the part of the movers. I called to schedule a date and time for when the movers would need to be there, they helped me pack, loaded the truck, and hauled my belongings all the way to Chicago from North Carolina.

The Cross Country Moving Group was efficient, timely and assisted me every step of the way when it came to planning the logistics of my big move. I was also surprised to see the variety of services they offer, as they were able to help transport my vehicle as well as what you typically need to move when relocating.
