My friend brought me here one time and I won't go anywhere else to go, there so clean and friendly it's incrediable. I recommend it to everyone

This is the best Nail Salon in Delray Beach!! The manager Travis and his wife Tracey are so professional, so courteous, and so respectful. They also have a great sense of humor and they always make me feel welcome there. The salon is so clean, and all the equipment is in terrific condition. There are flat screens on the wall so customers can enjoy some tv while getting nails done. There is also some light relaxing music in the background. It is truly a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Now the talent: Both Travis and Tracey are amazing at doing nails!!!! Honestly everyone in there is talented. I ALWAYS leave there happy!!!! Usually i get pink and whites on my nails and a french pedicure on my toes. They do the BEST JOB EVER!!!!!

I called hoping they were open and he said he would wait for me!!! I was the last the person that arrived and he didn't rush with me at all and took his time and did an great job!!! I am def telling my mom and coming back!

I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years and have always been a happy customer! Travis does the best pink/white nails (never lift or break) and Tracey does the best pedicures. Very relaxing and can't beat the price! Would recommend to anyone I know!

HORRIBLE!!!! I went here for a pedicure and a gelish manicure today. I usually go to Salon Cielo, but my nail tech had a baby, and this place is closer to my house The girl who did my pedicure was so rude. I told her how I like my nails, and she laughed and did not do what I asked. The nails were not filed straight, and there was nail polish on my skin (which she did not clean up) and the nail edge is not painted (I got a dark color, and my usual girl always paints the nail edge so it blends).

When I went for my gelish, they didn't have a color I wanted, so I settled for something. I hated the color when he put it on, but when I told him, he said "Oh it's ok, you'll come back in two weeks to change it"! Excuse me?! I will never go back, and I shouldn't have had to leave with a color I did not like. Not only that, but I the gelish did not bond to a nail properly, and I see it lifting already (I just literally had this manicure done only 20 minutes ago)!!! When I went to pay, I was shocked that they charged me full price for everything knowing how unhappy I was, and they even acknowledged that my pedicure was not done properly! What a downgrade from Salon Cielo. Will never be going back!!! Don't let the raving reviews fool you! If you love great nail techs and great nail services, then don't go here!

I love Palm Beach Nails. Tracey does an excellent job with not only the way your nails look but keeping them healthy. The price is more than reasonable. The shop is clean and the staff is extremely nice and equally talented!

Palm Beach Nails is my favorite place to get my nails done! I've tried almost every place from West Palm to Boca. Tracy and Travis are the nicest and most efficient nail techs I've ever met! They take great pride in the work they do and really care about what the customers want. They are sociable and fun to be around. I'm picky about my nails and I'm satisfied every time I leave. I get pink and white gel nails every 2-3 weeks and get compliments often. The pricing is definitely another plus, in my opinion. If you are looking for the best place around, you need to stop by. I hope I just saved at least one person from all the work and frustration that goes along with finding best nail place.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. When I moved to Delray Beach I tried to find a nail salon and after two bad experiences I happened upon Palm Beach Nail Salon. That was over two years ago and now I live in Hypoluxo and travel to Delray because I will not give up Travis. He takes great pride in his work and my nails look exceptional every time I walk out of there. The girls that do my pedicure are wonderful as well and the environment is very friendly and extremely clean. If you want a wonderful experience try them. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Palm Beach Nails since they opened. It is a fantastic shop. The prices are reasonable, the service is exceptional. I use Tracy for Gel fills and pedicures. My nails have never been better. She goes the extra mile to make sure that what I have is to my liking. She is honest and if something may not look good on me she will suggest something else. But she leaves the decision to me. The salon is very accomodating. If I have a problem with time, they work with me. I got married recently and brought my wedding party in on a Saturday. Due to bad weather we were VERY late. It may have cost them business but they waited so that we could be done together. It is that kind of personal service that keeps me coming back.

I adore Palm Beach Nails. I get the liquid gel fills every two weeks and regular pedicures. My daughter gets mani/pedi's every two weeks and we love the staff there. The salon is SUPER CLEAN, the massage chairs are too die for and they are always on time. I have been a customer there since they opened and rave about them. Ask for Tracy, Travis or Lilli, they are my favorite people!

After trying many local nail salons in Delray Beach, I decided to try Palm Beach Nail Salon, I fell in love with the staff, how clean the place is and the services are well priced. OMG!!!!! I have to say I love my nails, I have been getting my nails done for so long as u all know finding a good nails tech is hard just like find a person to do ur hair. As I enter d salon door everyone in d salon r so friendly, "I told them I am picky and would like someone good to do my nails" so they give me TRACY , as I was asking her question she give me all d answer I wanted to know and answer in a nice and manner way. Seriously, most of d nails tech I met before not even speak English and make me feel so comtable like Tracy did. She explain to me all d price and ask me whichever one I can afford? So as she did my nails she keep asking me" do I like my nails ? How I want it to look like? So on and so on" she did a awesome job , she is fast, do good job, friendly and make me laugh. What can I ask for more in a nails tech. I definitely going to come back and will tell all my friends.

The are way to pricey!! On the first visit I expected it to be expensive so did not question the price. On the second with a "Fill and a pedicure" I was shocked to find it was $55.00!! Yet, I made and kept the third appointment. When the appointment was confirmed I told Tracey (one of the owners) I would be getting the fill. Shortly after I arrived for my appointment as she was working I ask her how much the fill was she said $35.00. I said "What?" She said $25.00 for the gel fill and $10.00 for the gel polish. I ask a few questions and she got very very defensive and very rude. I finally told her, "Tracey I just ask how much I am not going to argue with you"and then just shut up. She had to have the last word and say "I am not going to argue with you either you aren't going to say I am ripping you off, I am getting paid for my time". Folks I get my hair done once a month and it takes my hairdresser 3 hours to do my hair and I pay $100.00. Tracey worked on my nails barely an hour!!!



When the appointment was through I went to make another appointment deciding that I would eliminate the $10.00 aspect. She stated to me " I don't think I am making you happy, maybe you need to use someone else here" I promptly said "I will go someplace else" Now here is the point, She is a very poor business person!! A good and smart business person would not have gotten defensive with me the customer or gotten rude with me. A "SMART and GOOD" business woman would have realized how fortunate she was that I was willing to give her another chance and most importantly how much damage "WORD OF MOUTH" does to a business.



THEY GET NO STARS FROM ME!!!



This is not the last you have heard from me either!! Facebook will be next :) I have over 700 friends on Facebook too. I want to think on the wording of how I want it to read. I just got home from my appointment. I am still very upset. I need to really think about this.

Travis is the best!!! He does my girls nails for her shoots and I have never seen her nails look so good as they do when she leave here. Great prices and amazing work
