I was referred to Axess by Square Trade warranty co., took my laptop in, gentleman there diagnosed all issues, repaired everything and I am very happy with the results. Failng hard drive and fan were replaced and the HP is as good as new! I highly recommend Axess computers for any computer service.

Needed to get all my photos and documents back from a bad hard drive. These people were able to get everything back for me and install a new hard drive. Will use them again for sure.

My Go To Guys for computer ser...

My Go To Guys for computer services. They stayed open late to take care of my computer issue, ordered the part needed overnight and had me ready to hit the road in just a couple days. Doubt anyone could have done it faster or cheaper - parts and labor under $100. I was dead in the water without their help.

My mom and dad love Axess Comp...

My mom and dad love Axess Computers. As senior citizens, Axess was a real asset in getting my parents online with Skype, webcam and email so I could keep in touch with them and they with me. Axess built the computer system and taught them everything they needed to know. They have been so much help. Now, when I'm in town, I always have them tune up my laptop. They also service my home computers in St. Louis through remote access. I have never been so happy with a business's service.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - I thought I was going to lose all my photos, music and tax and financial info, but I didn't. The guys and gals at Axess saved it all. They also told me about keeping multiple copies of my data: a working copy on my computer, a backup on an external hard drive, and an offsite copy in case my house is robbed or burns down. GREAT ADVICE! They said I can get stuff offsite by either sending it to the internet, emailing it to myself or friends or relatives, or jst burning to DVD and putting in the safe or trunck of my car. WOW! If I had done any of this in the first place I wouldn't have worried so much about loosing it. YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL. Thanks.

Fast service! My Acer system ...

Fast service! My Acer system hard disk went bad in middle of house closing paperwork. Took computer in Friday night, got it back Sat. - new disk and all reloaded. Man that was fast. Got all the paperwork ready for Monday am. This is my thrid time at Axess - always great service!

they sold me a laptop for 175 ...

they sold me a laptop for 175 with a corrupt hard drive and when i asked them to maybe swap for another one or refund he said that if i swap that because they would have to clear the memory that they would take money off the trade value and they said that if it was the hard drive that they would charge me to fix it very unhappy especially that i could have got the same model new for 179

Not sure who lonewolf5150 is but sounds like they bought used laptop at that price. Sale would have been "sold-as-is", but we demo all used (and new) equipment with customer before it leaves. If hard drive was corrupt at time of demo it would have been apparent. Customer could have damaged by dropping, getting virus infections, and many other ways. Sounds like store staff was willing to try to work something out, but would have to cover costs of exchange. TIP: Never buy used or new equipment without getting a demo to make sure all is working well, but once you accept as OK, don't be upset if something goes wron later!

Promised one thing, then got the opportunity to buy additional parts

Inquired about a cable (not cheap) for a specific application, was told hey sure we have that - "very important it has male type connectors on both ends I said" - Oh, yeah this one has that they said.Show up to find a male/female cable waiting for me, but was told I could buy the changeover for extra. Yeah, gonna pass since avoiding buying converters the reason I drove all the way here...Terrible.

Sadly the only local pc shop

The owner is a rude cranky old fart. The service is horrible. The selection is bad and the prices aren't competitive at all. Why can't microcenter come to Thornton?

NO customer serice!

Monday 12 Oct 09 I bought a new power supply at Axs computers. After installing the power supply it went bad, Tuesday I went back to Axs to see what my options were. When I told the clerk that I thought the power supply was bad he threw a rant, started cussing, using the F word ECT. He finally tested the power supply and stated is WAS bad, he gave me no options on what I could do. I asked if it wasn't under warranty and he stated it was under manufactures warranty but it would cost him $8.00 to UPS it to them. There is much more that happened but I will not go into more detail. As I was leaving he said that I was like all the other SOB's and wanted get something for nothing. I walked out with the power supply and took the computer to Gee Whiz computers on 120th in Thornton, the computer WAS bad, I ended up spending $500 on a new unit. I have bought at least 4 computers from Axs and had service work done on a laptop at Axs computers. I sent an email to customer service and did no
