I wasn't happy with the customer service when I called to set up service (not particularly friendly or well informed), but since then I haven't had any complaints. They pick up my trash and recycling on schedule. I can imagine that they might be difficult to deal with if I ever do have a complaint, but I'll worry about that when/if the time comes.

I also have had experience with many of the trash companies and I LOVE my Pro Disposal guys. The guy that picks up our trash is great. He always does a clean job AND puts our containers up against our garage and off the curb. My neighbor's guys leave hers in the street and often spill trash in the process--and leave it.

There should be another lower Rating than disappointing. It should Pathetic Ripoff Artists !The only way this Joke of a Company could have gotten the other review was to do it themselves. If all they felt was important was on time in the snow, what a Joke ! This outfit is what they remove + Trash ! The other Review is ridiculous - bad business practice will have me saying negative things about Pro Disposal every chance I get. Obviously this company hasn't heard about addressing customer complaints in a professional manner, and how bad it can be for future business. Hopefully they will have a multitude of people speaking bad about them - and take a huge hit in their bottom line! I highly recommend looking elsewhere for trash services. They need to get their priorities straight.
