I feel so bad,so angry. They didin't do anything for us,didn't get the smells solution,and only stay with few minute charge us 700 bucks.the smell still there,we have to have somebody else to do that . It waste my time ,my money to call the rooter town, I will never call them again.

$95 was what was quoted for the drain cleaning service that my wife requested. Kevin came out and cleaned the drain and the price was $95. He told my wife what to watch for so we can catch the problem before its ruins the carpet next time. Thanks Kevin and Rooter Town. We will call you next time.

I called Rooter Town and a plumber arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem and had everything they needed to do the job. Another company came over and said that they had to go back to their office to get the tools and wanted to charge me for the time. Thanks for saving me a bunch of money.... Tell Daniel that he did a great job.

Rooter Town was on time and took care of the sewer line very quickly. I opted to have the camera done. Lucky me, only minor tree root entry and just routine cleaning is all I will have to do. Thank you for being so honest and up front with me. I will be seeing you next year to take care of it again.

Do not go Coal did not fix the problem and said the pipes were draining and they were not tried to upsell everything and not deal with the problem. Had another plumber come out and they fixed the problem and said Coal did not really try

These guys are great. Thanks for saving the Christmas party our office was throwing last night. Everyone really appreciated it. I think it was my fault that the toilets started backing up. I put an enormous amount of paper towels down the toilet (trying to clean up a little). Sorry for making you come out late, but thanks for you quick response and helping out. Great Service and Great Pricing.... Rooter Town was a pleasure to deal with. We had a drain problem and we received 3 price quotes. The description of work from each company was the same, but the prices were not. I don't always go for the cheapest price, but the difference was unbelievable. The prices ranged from $400 to $95. In this instance we went with Rooter Town & the $95 price. Great job done by happy to help technicians. Thanks, I will use you in the future. Joe D.
