Easter day our basement drain over flowed, this company was affordable and did a great job. Thanks for the fast and friendly service on a holiday.

The day before Easter I noticed my basement drain had backed up. I was expecting guess at my house for dinner Easter Sunday not knowing what to do on such short notice, a friend referred me to Drain Clean Pro. Their work was outstanding. It's rare I give a full satisfactory rating but Ray earned this one. Reasonable pricing, professional service, timely response and customer friendly dialogue. Not wishing my family and friends any plumbing problems but I can't wait to refer these guys.

Mr. Williams arrived slightly earlier than he stated. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He offered an excellent price for the work needed and the work was performed in a timely fashion. Once he finished it was almost like he had never been there because he was so neat while working. I would recommend Drain Clean Pro LLC to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I almost gave up on black owned businesses until now. This company is one of the most professional black owned businesses I have encounter in a really long. They came in and explained to me exactly what they needed to do and how much it was going to cost to do it. They encounter a few unexpected problems with accessing my drain that required them to get creative and should have cost me more but price stayed the same as quoted in the beginning. –love them and would recommend them to everyone.

Oh, they also clean up after themselves!!!
