Techs were very polite and professional. Will be recommending to neighbors and family. The homes in my area are very old and I know my chimney had not been attended to in years. Michael and the office staff were more then attentive. After I had the service done I received a call Thanking me for my business and asking if I had any questions- Colonial Way went above and beyond what the "Normal" service company does.

Very professional service!

I was getting a Burning odor when I used the fireplace. I called in; their office staff was more then helpful! I was running late from work and I was able to call in, talk to an actual representative, and move my appointment to later in the day. I loved the fact that they were so professional.. from their uniforms to their knowledge. Thank you Colonial Way Home Services!

Great service... A+ Technicians, They cleaned my neighbors chimney, and when I saw the truck I went over and asked them to take a look at mine. Andy did a liner for me at a great price!! Would deffinetly reccomend!!

Was having Issues with leaking.. called them up(800-340-9610) and a woman answered.. very sweet! They fit me in as an emergency since it was down pouring at the time. Long story short, they water proofed cleaned and inspected my chimney before the day was out. Its hard to find honest chimney companies these days.. This is one of the few left!! Would be a reference anyday

I was on your schedule for an appointment this Wed between the hours of 9 and 12. To my suprise the men were at the door by 9:30am, I must say I never thought they would be as prompt and courtious as they were.



Upon inspection there was some sort of nest found in my chimney causing a blockage. I was wondering why everytime I lit a fire in my fireplace I was having problems with the ventilation. In less than an hour the blockage was cleared out and my chimney was cleaned and ready to go!

Professional, Prompt.. I was in need to have the chimney cleaned and they gave me an estimate to get a cap while they where here. Turned out they had superior knowledge and affordable service so I decided to go with it! 5 stars!

This company was outstanding! I got my chimney cleaned and repaired all in a days work. The men were very polite and tidy. I was so impressed with the professionalism that i just had to call back into the office to let them know how much of an asset their technitians are to the company. From making my appointment to having the necessary repairs done this was the most respectful, clean & professional company ive come accross in a very long time. Id be proud to reccomend them to anyone.

First, they called my home like they where trying to drum up business , asking for my mother who is deceased. The lady asked me when was the last time I had my chimney cleaned. Well, to make a long story short, and there is more to this story. I spent a thousand dollars to have my chimney cleaned,for repairs just so he could clean it. All together, to do the rest of the work would have been $3000.00. I called other places, and they said, the work that was done should not have been no more than $350. They said you were overcharged and scammed.

Professional and friendly service. I called them because my gas company shut down my heat due to a chimney issue,They were at my home in one hour and found the problem to be a nest in my chimney.They removed the nest,installed a stainless steel cap and we had our heat back on soon after.I wanted to share this because with 10 month old twins in our home,we needed quick service and they were the only company to respond.Thank you so very much!

This company was prompt,thorough,and honest.They had all the licensing,insurance and to my surprise many professional accreditations.The first thing I did was to request proof,and the technician was prompy to show all.



They did a 15 minute inspection,a thorough cleaning to my fireplace,using dropcloths and attention to neatness,and were very polite and informative.
