Don't Use them! Took off work to get installation upgrade. I called and was told they would be here....they didn't come. Rescheduled. This time I called 2 hours before they were supposed to come and they said all was fine. Again no show....called to place a complaint...and never returned my call...ABSOLUTELY! No regard for the customer because they think we have no other choices cause we live in rural areas.

I have been with this company for about five years. They have always been polite, helpful, professional, and honest. They have always done exactly what they said they would do and have often gone above and beyond what they had to do. I appreciate their help and service very much.

I've been with Rhino ever since they started up in Durant OK. I have to say its possibly the worst service I ever had to deal with in my entire life. Usually you have to call three or four times over the phone for someone to pick up and answer. Emails...they pretty never answer those unless you say something rude, and which they reply back being even more rude. Wireless service drops constantly, speed is no where near what they claim. I get less than half of the speeds that I pay for. Stay away from this company if at all possible.

I have been a customer of Rhino Communications for quite some time. I have always had exceptional service with them.
