Excellent Service

Coming in to Hendrick Honda as a first-time, new car buyer in somewhat desperate straits with the car I currently had, the staff was very accommodating. All of my questions were answered and I never felt like I was being lied to in order to make a sale. They worked very hard to accommodate my recent-college-grad budget. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and staff was extremely friendly. Used coupon on website and felt I got a great price for the service. Waiting room was comfortable with several TVs to watch and coffee was free which was a big plus on this very cold day. I didn't buy my car here, but I was treated like I did. I highly recommend Hendrick Honda and plan to have all my service done here.

Not actually at Hendrick Honda this second, but hoping somebody from there might see this!!! After keeping the car we bought for 3 extra days to "detail" it, I was told it would be ready in 1 day, not calling to tell me it wasn't going to be ready, the next day I drove there to pick it up at 4 pm (was PROMISED it would be ready at 3), guess what? Not ready, yet once again nobody called!! Finally after getting the car back, guess who got to clean & condition the leather-ME!! Not to mention the "detail" job was a joke, I could have turned my 3 year old loose with a rag and a water bottle and had better results! Dropped my car off on Thursday it was finally ready the following Tuesday, in that amount of time it should have been spotless. I expected it to be waxed and washed, not hardly. The car wasn't disgusting, but definitely should have been more clean for what they charge, things were missed that should have been cleaned, something stuck on the seat, Cheerios from a previous kid, dust around seat belt base, dirt inside console, etc. NOT impressive!!! All I heard from the salesman was how good Rick Hendrick, his dealerships and their 34 point inspection was, I told them how I felt about all of that then, even more so now!!! Salesmen were nice enough, but did not feel genuine. All of the previous I have dealt with, the final straw- just tried to clean the windshield-NO WINDSHIELD FLUID!!! Hope your cars are better than your service, you have set your fate with me!!

They did the big things right;...

They did the big things right; I felt like I got a fair deal on my trade and my new car. However, the experience was unnecessarily tainted because they refused to throw in rubber floor mats. I'm 50 and have bought lots of cars and I'm used to having dealers always throw in a set of floor mats for good feeling. Not here! These guys "Came down" to $160 and explained that to go lower would cause them to lose money. This was an obvious lie since 30 seconds search on the internet showed lots of Honda Dealers selling genuine Honda rubber mats for $99 on e-bay. I showed the salesman this fact but it didn't change anything. I would say it was really foolish for this dealer to spoil the good feeling on a $23,000 purchase by getting cheap on $99 floor mats.

Hendrick Honda is filled with Professional staff from the General Manager to the Service Team. Just purchased a 2104 Accord EXL, and it was the best buying experience we ever had. We also had a major maintenance done on my wife's 2004 Van (EXL) and she says it drive like new! We will send everyone we meet to Hendrick Honda for their new Honda and for the service needs.

Great Honda service! If you must, drive extra to have staff at Hendrick Honda take care of you... It is unpleasant to get bad news about your car but there are two reasons I do not mind on occasion when I receive a call: First: I trust my service advisor to do what is needed and no more, and second, I know it is better to do it once and do it right. For both these reasons I highly recommend Hendrick Honda in Easley.

I bought my 2009 CRV from Marlene and it has been the best car I've ever had. Service is outstanding and the staff always makes me feel important and that they care about my opinion. I have been in dealerships where a woman was not considered to be capable and this has been a great experience for me. Very pleased with the respect and service.

Excellent Customer Service

This dealership is very accommodating to our family's needs. And THE best price around. We've purchased 2 vans from them and had wonderful service each time. Kaley and Marlene are awesome!!! They make the whole process much less painful than other dealerships. And to know that their prices, honestly, can't be beat ( and we did our research) is reason in itself to use this dealership. The excellent customer service is just icing on the cake!!!
