Absolutely the best choice I've ever made for myself! After two babies and a decade of taking care of everything and everyone but MYSELF, this was something I wanted to do for ME! I look amazing and feel even better! I love my sonobello body! The staff is INCREDIBLE and Dr. Flagg is a phenomenal surgeon and person! Casi is a wonderful example of a patient and so caring and funny! Lisa, the nurse, has a wonderful personality and a very kind heart :) you can't ask for more when considering liposuction than the service at sonobello! My dr called me that night from his personal cell phone just to make sure I was okay! Who does that anymore?!?! It's been an amazing experience in every area!!!

My experience at Sono Bello was a very positive one. I enjoyed each of my visits, because the staff made me feel at home and welcome. They took the time and made the effort to ensure I got top-notch care. The expertise of my surgeon, Dr. Flagg, was incredible. When it came to my final results, he didn't accept anything less than perfection and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone, and would definitely return for future procedures.

It's only been a week and a day since my procedure, but all went so well and I am watching the results happen. I only had my arms done, this time... but I could see going back for something else in future. The Sono Bello staff was wonderful from start to finish and Dr Volk did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this team of people.

Dr. Flagg was sooooooooo kind and is truly a artist at what he does. The staff was all so kind and helpful with all my questions. Even the one's over the phone after my conturning. I felt so at home the first time I walked into the office for my evaluation. After meeting and feeling so comfortable by everyone I said "can we do this tomorrow"? At 65 years old I did this for me and doing just fine. A little sour but ever day better. Do it for yourself it truly is the gift you will love every day. AAJ

It's just been 3 weeks since my surgery, and I'm incredibly happy with my results. I'm still healing but I'm 100 percent sure that my final results will be phenomenal! I store all of my fat in my upper body and I've always called myself "a pumpkin with legs". Well, I won't be calling myself that anymore! I told Dr. FLagg that I wanted to be able to wear my shirts tucked in again, and he assured me that I would. And guess what...I am! I can't wait for swimsuit season, as I haven't put a swimsuit on in years. I feel like Sono Bello and Dr. Flagg have given me a new life! The staff at Sono Bello were professional and caring and they made sure that all of my needs were met. Thanks Sono Bello, with the help you've given me, I now have the encouragement I needed to be a more fit and healthier person!

This is my first review I have ever written, but these folks are so phenomenal I had to share my experience. I had my procedure done December 26th, 2014 which included; my waist, and upper and lower abdomen. I was skeptical, and afraid prior to my consultation. I went to my consultation and felt extremely comfortable, same day I met my nurse Jen and Dr. Flagg. Everyone was extremely down to earth and fun to be around, I felt like I had known them forever. I can’t say enough about how warm, friendly, funny and HONEST, everyone is at Sono Bello. I would recommend anyone to Sono Bello. My results were 100 times better than I ever expected, and I did not miss any work due to my procedure. Everything they told me was going to happen, happened, NO “BS” from anyone at Sono Bello. Dr. Flagg flew in that morning (the day after Christmas) to do my procedure, I was his only patient for the day, and just like he said he would, he called me the next day to check and see how I was doing. I will also be getting another procedure done in a few weeks on my bra roll. One happy customer here…..

am 44 years old, and have struggled with the dreaded muffin top my entire life. I had lost over 40 pounds, and have kept it off, but I could not get rid of the muffin top. Crunches, ab exercises, low carb diet, trainers, you name it. I've tried it. Nothing worked.



After years of literally crying when I put my jeans on, my boyfriend encouraged me to contact Sono Bello.... so we did.



Our first consultation was with Coleen. She was wonderful. Very honest, direct, and up front. I told her what I was looking for and she agreed that this would work for me.



We made the appointments for the pre-op and surgery.... phase 2 of absolute wonderfulness at Sono Bello.



From Julie greeting us when we arrived, to Jess and Dr. Volk during the pre-op, this place is first-class, up front, no holds barred. Dr. Volk and Jess answered all questions. Were very open with what I will be dealing with, Spoke to both my boyfriend and I, and spent as much time with us as we needed.



The following week, was my surgery. Enter Jen.... man this girl could give training on how to be a nurse. Absolutely wonderful.



Dr. Volk and Jen were amazing during the procedure. I had my abs (upper/lower) and waist done. They kept me very comfortable. Talked during the procedure, keeping me informed on what they were doing.



Even though you can't see what they are doing, Jen kept me in the loop.



After the surgery, Dr. Volk called me that night to see how I was doing. I also heard from Jen during the weekend.



If you are thinking about doing this, I would highly recommend it. I am two weeks post surgery, and although my final body hasn't been "revealed yet", I'm loving what I am seeing and feeling.

I am 48 yr, and went into Sono Bello with the HOPES that my BIG ponch belly could be just helped some..I knew that I did not want to go full blown abdominalplasty, way to invasive. Sono Bello claimed they could help with my belly fat. I had the surgery, lower and upper abs and waist...all I can say (after 3 months) is WOW...they have exceeded my expectations in all areas. Dr Volk, Nurse Jen and team were all amazing, and still are!! THANK you all for making this experience overall wonderful. I would recommend Sono Bello Edina..Thank you again...I am loving the transformation already so far!

I want to start by saying I never write reviews, but this experience justifies one. I started thinking about having some lipo/body contouring done a couple months ago. I met with several (6) different surgery centers. It's not something that you really ask around about, so it's definitely tough to make a decision. I just didn't feel impressed and any procedure is a big deal. I met with Sonobello last. I made my consult appointment and met with Jessica and Casi. These 2 women are phenomenal! I felt welcome and right at home in their office. Right off the bat I appreciated their honesty. I am a "go big, or go home" kind of person. They told me outright don't do your arms, they don't need it. This impressed me. They could have very well sold it to me, but didn't. I asked a ton of questions and never felt so at ease. I didn't feel judged or rushed as I had in other consults. I signed the paperwork and scheduled my first surgery for just 2 days later I felt so comfortable, it was hands down the best experience out of any facility I met with. I needed 2 procedures as I had every area with the exception of my calves, ankles, arms and chin done. I drove home feeling excited!!

Now, if you are reading my review you are going to do exactly what I did. You are going to google until your head spins. I read every negative review I could find. I freaked out. I drove there the next am ready to cancel and tell them that I wanted my deposit back. I walked in the door and everybody working there knew my name. They didn't have me finish paying until I met with Dr. Volk (who is a rockstar!). I was taken back for my pre op appointment with Jen the nurse (also a rockstar). I told her about all the horrible reviews I found. I told her I was freaking out, I didn't want to do it. I was scared. Both Dr. Volk and Jen eased my mind within minutes. ALL of my questions were answered, my fears gone. I didn't feel rushed or pressured (as some reviews said I would). We talked about everything. What to expect, recovery, how to prepare. Once again I left there excited!

My first procedure was 2 weeks ago where Dr. Volk did my top half. They talked to me during the procedure, explained everything that was going on and even listened to the music I wanted. The procedure was a breeze! Honestly, I fell asleep during part of it. They explained everything to my fiancé afterwords for what to do at home. The nurse even drew him pictures so he knew where the incisions were. They sent me home with everything I needed! Dr. Volk called me that night to see how I was doing. This was a Saturday. I received follow up calls and emails all weekend, basically every day. I had to call the center as I had a question. Dr. Volk was not in that day. He called me back from his personal cell within a half an hour! I was back to work Tuesday. Sore, but nothing unmanageable.

A week later Dr. Volk completed the 2nd procedure. Basically my entire bottom half. Again, everybody there knew my name, and everything was gone through with what to expect with this round. During surgery the nurse, Dr. and myself talked about weddings, and getting engaged, everything, like we were long lost friends. Dr. Volk again called me to check on me that night.

It is 2 weeks after my 1st procedure and one week after my 2nd, and I had my post op check up today. I met with Casi to tell her how great she is, how great everybody there is! I looked at before and after pictures. I still have some swelling, but the results are absolutely amazing!!! Although I wanted to jump up and down and hug Dr. Volk I just thanked him so much and told him he was an absolute rockstar! All of the nurses were awesome, especially Jen.

I cannot say one negative thing about Sonobello in Edina. First class from the minute I walked in the door. I can't wait to see final results. If you are on the fence, go for it! I am so glad I did and so glad I decided on Sonobello.

I am so happy with the results that I received from my first proceedure, that I am going back in a week and have my thighs, knees and banana roll done and I can not wait. Well worth every penny!!!

Why did I wait so long! What a difference. It has only been a little over two weeks and I already see a difference in my stomach. I can bend down without my stomach getting in the way. Dr. Volk was very good and so was the staff. So glad I did this for myself!

Overall a great experience, the staff was great, they kept me informed of all the steps and comfortable during the procedure. Produced a great result! Bye bye fat!

From the first moment I stopped in for my consultation I felt comfortable and confident in the staff at Sono Bello. They worked in my time frame and worked around my finances. I am very happy with the results already and it's only been 3 weeks since my surgery! I can't wait to show off my new figure!!

Edina Location

Staff is very friendly and professional including Dr Volk. Chandra is a very knowlegabe due to the fact she has gone throught this herself. I had the procedure done 5 weeks ago and I already see great results. I would considering telling anyone who would like to change there body shape to Sono Bello.

Sono Bello is awesome, the results are amazing and totally worth the recovery time. Im two and a half weeks out and doing great. I went back to work soon after the procedure. I cant wait to see final results over the next few months. My friends are saying I look great and thinking about doing it themselves. I think the staff are professional easy to talk to and confidential. The whole experience was amazing!

My experience with everyone at Sono Bello (Edina) has been FABULOUS!



I had to wait a couple weeks for my consultation, appointment, which was fine. I used that time to research every inch of the internet world about Laser assisted Lipo. I found that Sono Bello (Edina) has an outstanding reputation. I found NO reasons not to move ahead with the procedures of body sculpting. So, I continued to research and I became comfortable with the idea of having the sculpting completed.



The day arrived when I had my consultation, with Chandra, my first impression was, I was surprisingly comfortable with her. Chandra greeted me so kindly and explained every detail of the body sculpting. I was incredibly at ease. Then the monies conversation, I gasped at the total cost to have an overhaul procedure, completely redo ME. Once, I stepped back and listened to Chandra, walk me through the different options of the areas to be sculpted. I was pleasantly pleased. How affordable the procedures actually became to complete. Chandra stated, "We can schedule you in on Saturday." Mind you it was Thursday on the day we met. She said again, "well, what do you think?" Dr. Volk is wonderful.



I stared at her, with my eyes glazed over, similar to a deer in the headlights of a car, my whole insides were churning with excitement. I looked at her and said, LET'S DO IT!

I was so excited.



Dr. Volk and the whole team at the Edina office are so professional and unbelievably kind. Thank you guys!



I am now three weeks from my first procedure and a week from my second. Both procedures went smoothly and I am so pleased with the results already.... and actually the final results could be at least 6 months out. So, I am feeling pretty darn happy. Realistically, how could I not love everyone at Sono Bello .....

i go in for the procedure in the morning.... and a couple hours later, I am heading home with a waist 8 Inches smaller,

HECK YEAH, I am HAPPY.



Would I recommend Sono Bello.... I would without a doubt.... not even hesitate. I did my research... and my homework on the background of the actual procedure being done....



YES, I would jump again onto the procedure chair, with out a blink of an eye.

The people at Sono Bello are fantastic. Everyone was so nice and genuine. My results have been great as well. Overall a great experience.

I had tri scuplt about 6 weeks ago, on my inner and outer thighs plus my knees and calves still a little swollen and have some numbness still in my inner thighs but you have to be patent Dr Volk told me it would be about 3-6 months before my healing would be complete. From the first time I went into my consultation and met with Chandra, I felt very comfortable, the staff was amazing! Dr Volk did my surgery and he was so nice even called my that night after my surgery to check on me. Whenever I had any questions the nurses were always available and answered all my questions! Over all a wonder experience.

I would like to start out by saying WOW!!!! Let me explain the context in which I use the word WOW and how it applies to all aspects of Sono Bello Body Contour Center in Edina. From my initial consultation through my post procedure follow-ups I was treated with the kind of respect and kindness that made me feel more like a family member than a patient. Their honesty, transparency, skill, and compassion are simply spectacular. I had given this procedure extensive consideration since the birth of my children and father time morphed me into someone I barely recognized.

I was apprehensive and skeptical before my initial meeting with Chandra. She answered all my questions giving me the confidence and belief that I could look as beautiful on the outside as I felt inside. I then met with Dr. Flagg and the nursing staff (Alissa, Jordan, Nina and Sara) and I knew I had made the right choice.

My procedures included abdomen, back, arms, chin, thighs, and knees. They recommended these be done in two different sessions to reduce my discomfort as I had a hectic holiday entertainment schedule beginning three days after my first procedure. Prior to these procedures I was given detailed and realistic expectations concerning pain (minimal), swelling (substantial, albeit short lived), and recovery (tolerable). It has only been a few weeks since my first procedure and one week since my second and I can not believe the difference. I look forward to getting up every day and seeing the changes. I am already beginning to receive compliments from others.

My subsequent contact with everyone at Sono Bello confirms to me that their kindness and compassion is genuine. Their attentiveness, thoroughness and follow- up are simply amazing. I could not recommend Sono Bello any more fervently. Don’t hesitate a moment longer, make the best decision of your life. WOW!

I have battled with my weight and my problem areas all my life. I was sick of feeling insecure with how I looked and how others might see me. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before I made my appointment. The office was easy to find and warm and inviting. I met with Chandra and asked my questions and got real, honest and direct answers which was exactly what I was looking for. There was never that uncomfortable "high pressure sales" feeling to our meeting. I decided to go for it. I met Dr. Flagg before my first procedure and knew I would be in good hands. He and the rest of the staff answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable and knew what to do before the big day. The procedure itself was no sweat...they even made sure my favorite music was playing!! Recovery time was short and the pain and discomfort were minimal...it feels like sore muscles after a hard workout. Some areas were tender but all in all I was very pleasantly surprised with how I felt. I am 3 weeks out from my first procedure and one week out from my second, I can see the results already and am really excited to see how I'll look after the swelling is gone. These procedures have given me the motivation to keep eating right and working out to enhance my results and make sure I maintain my new look. I highly recommend Sono Bello!!
