We have a sterling crane that we had Kirby Smith come out to repair a unit and the mechanic couldn't do the job so we call out R&R Heavy Equipment and there Master Tech came out and completed all repairs and got the unit back up and running at a great price

We have a RV that had a high pressure hydraulic line rupture below our bed for our slide out. The mess was contained. We wanted to drive to them to get it repaired but they said our RV was too big for their parking lot. They said go to a near by truck stop. Then they charged us $275 for the call and $50 for mileage! We used them because they said they had the specialized hand tool to install high pressure fittings to splice the line together. The mechanic showed up with plain old hose clamps that didn't hold the first time and when we tried the repair it came lose spewing oil all over our bedroom ruining our bedspread, carpeting, and clothing. The repair finally held and he told us how much we owed for the service call and repair and we paid him cash. He said they would e-mail us a receipt right away. They emailed us an invoice saying we still owed them more. I think they owe us for the damage they caused.
