Bobby Morales was very nice to work with. We didnt have to spend a lot of time haggling over the price and once we cut the deal on a used vehicle they cleaned it up for me. In addition, since I was not trading in my vehicle, they followed me all the way up to Huntington Beach with my new (used) vehicle to save me a return trip. When I spoke with the finance department, although friendly, as soon as I indicated that my credit union would matched their loan rates, they quickly pulled their offer off the table. Seemed kind of petty considering I was spending over $30 K on a vehicle. Over all though I was pleased with the delaership's services.

I haven't thought about buying a brand new car in so many years. My mom and step-dad (Sylvia and Doc D'Amato) told me about this gentleman at El Cajon Ford....John Clark. I went to him with hopes of at least getting a newer used car, but John took over and did his job and went above and beyond his duties to get me a car within my budget. I am so grateful to John Clark, Danny, Stevo, Phyllis and Megan, there to make it happen for me. thank you to the best team ever at the El Cajon Ford dealership. You guys rock!

Bought new f-150 Lariat from Bobby. Gave me a great price and his service was incredible. My wife and I were treated like royalty. I will be going back in six months to buy a used car for my son as he has earned my business. He will be needing a pre-owned truck and i will take my business there. The entire staff there treated us extra special. Thank you Bobby and also mr. Slater and someone named Paul.

Overall was a great experience. The truck was priced right on the Kelly Blue Book value for private party, best price on the internet within 500 miles for this truck. Staff was friendly and did there job in a professional manner. Will buy from this dealer again.

John Banner! Best Fleet Guy. My husband and I had been looking around town and lurking on Ford website trying to decide on F-150 Super crew or new Explorer. We were still shopping when my In Laws suddenly needed a car. So we took them over there to test drive a Ford Escape. He had told us some great advice regarding Hybrids for low mileage drivers like our 80 year old parents. He is very patient. Straight forward, honest. Easy, actually printed up all info and $ numbers and told them to go home and think about it. "Call him if they want it. He wants them to be happy." He found the exact car in town and got it here next day. She picked it up today and said he was very helpful.
