Africa and Belinda have been wonderful to work with. We will be moving into our home very soon, and they have been getting everything ready exactly how we need it. They are doing great, and we are glad we are renting from ARP Rental Properties!

There were a few things I wanted to get done on my house before it was rented out. And Adrian was just awesome to work with. He helped me a lot with maintenance. Belinda and Dolores were great to work with too! And just one month after I gave them the go-ahead to rent my house, they got it occupied. I am very happy with ARP as my property manager!

ARP's the best property manager I've used. They treat my property and tenants like royalty!

I just signed a lease with ARP yesterday. But I can tell you the entire process has been very pleasant. Africa really knew her stuff, and Belinda explained everything in the contract, went out of her way to answer any questions, and really took the time with me. They are great people to work with, and I'm glad they even got the new refrigerator put in for us!

The entire staff at ARP have been very nice to work with. I especially remember "Africa"...I guess because of her name. And they were quick to respond to some toilet leaks we had in the house we are renting from them. They have been very attentive and thorough to our requests.

ARP has been great! Belinda was my broker. She was great to work with. They found me the home I was looking for right away. Only a few things need fixing, but they're already working on them. I'm glad I'm renting a home through ARP.

I'm over the moon with their quality of customer service. We communicate mostly by email regarding work orders for the house that our tenant request. My monthly statements are available via an online database with a log in, which we really like. We have not been more than a week (+\- a day) without occupancy in our property.

Dolores is who I work with most. She's quick to respond to any concerns I have and does so with a pleasant attitude.

During the 3 and a half years ARP has managed our property, we have only had a total of 3 months vacancy. The property is well taken care of, so the tenants are happy. They do a great job, and we have even referred some friends to ARP.

Whether renting from ARP, or having them manage your property, I highly recommend them to anyone. I have had a great experience with both. I rented a house from ARP for about 10 months and they took great care of me as a tenant. Whenever there was a problem, they fixed it from within 24-48 hours. They were always quick and responsive. Later, I had them manage a property for me. (I wanted them to take good care of my renters, like they did me.) They always kept me up to date and well informed. Aldo Mena always got right back to me whenever I needed him. They kept my property in good condition. And always had it rented, put a second renter in when first one vacated right away.

Belinda has always taken good care of me. I have not had a single problem with ARP, so I would have to give them a 10!
