I have been having huge back pain for about 7 years, on and off. Being a tough guy who is not bothered by stuff like that, I let it go for a long time. My wife convinced me to get it looked at. Through detailed explanation and multiple exercises, the staff at Spine & Rehab has set me on the path to being pain free. I do the stretching and exercises at homes to continue my recovery. I don't think I would be doing them if I wasn't taught the reason and functionality of them. Thank you Spine & Rehab.

I had to come to therapy because I was experiencing knee pain. I was not able to do many or my daily activities such as walking long distances or going up some stairs. As I began therapy, I started gaining more and more power on my legs, and that helped my knee a lot. By my last week in therapy, I was already able to go back to perform my daily activities such as doing the "Insanity"! The staff members here helped a whole bunch and I will be forever thankful.

The staff at Spine & Rehab were very understanding to my needs. They pushed me when I needed it and gave me a break at other times. They have helped me to become more stable and feel better in my health. I am in a better place because of all of them.

I want to thank Nancy, my therapist for all her help in making me feel better. She was always available for any questions and provided me with info to continue working on my neck at home. She was always kind and patient. Thank you! God Bless:)

I had an excellent experience at Spine & Rehab Specialists located at 1779 Zaragoza Rd. Suite A, El Paso, TX 79936. From the moment I walked in, the girls in the front office made me feel welcome and called me by name and recognized me. The facility is very clean and all personnel is friendly and very professional. JT Killings, the specialist, was so very helpful on doing the rehab on my arm. My movement on my hand has improved significantly. Zach is another person that helped and massaged my arm in an excellent matter. I would highly recommend Spine & Rehab Specialists for any rehab that a Dr. refers.

I like this place very much. I have improved 100%. I found in the Yellow Pages and it was worth every hour. Best part is in my sessions you can kid with all the guys. It was fun!

When I first walked in (more like hobbled) I could tell this was the

place for me. Everyone has been very pleasant & extremely

professional. The staff knows what they are doing as well as how to get

yourself feeling better. Just after a few sessions I was able to walk

without a cane and now I can walk without limping. Before my therapy, I

was in constant pain, in able to much. Now I feel as though I am able to

live a much better life, one without pills and pain. I just wish I

could thank everyone here for such a personalized attention & care.

I hurt my left hamstring back in August 2012, and since I am in ballet I could not stop and rest my leg until February 2013. I was still in a lot of pain so I went to the doctor. After two x-rays, an MRI, and a bone scan they could not diagnose what was wrong with my hamstring. Finally, my doctor sent me to physical therapy. Luckily I knew Ms. Brittany, who suggested I come to Spine and Rehab Specialists for therapy. I am so glad I did! My therapist of Mr. JT Killings. After two months, my hamstring is a lot better and I am able to dance ballat again with no pain! I honestly do not think I would have had the same result if I had gone anywhere else. All the people who work at Spine and Rehab Specialists were extremely helpful and really nice. The environment that they have created is very welcoming, and I highly recommend this place if you ever need physical therapy.

I would like to contribute my success to the staff of Spine & Rehab Specialist. When I first arrived for physical therapy I HATED it. I found the exercises difficult. As time went on, I began to realize the exercises were not meant to be difficult. They were meant to strengthen my muscles. The time I've spent here reflects in my normal day to day life style. I no longer have pain everyday. Every visit I've had has been warm and very heartfelt. The staff creates a friendly environment as well as helps to motivate you throughout your rehabilitation process. So to the staff I would like to say thank you.

The cervical portion of my therapy was a 100% success. I have not had any headaches or stiffness since receiving my treatment here at the Spine and Rehab Specialist. My range of motion is also better. My lower back is still giving me some problems, but I do feel that the staff here has made some improvements and did a wonderful job showing me the necessary stretches that will make it better. This therapy was great and I feel that this will help me with my job and to continue doing the things I enjoy, I feel so much better now then when I strated.

It is a pleasure to report that the second time around was as helpful as the first. This time was a little different as I had spine surgery and this time we worked on helping to reduce the pain and to get me in the habit of moving correctly when exercising and just during my daily routine. Eric Trujillo was my Physical Therapist and he worked with me as needed and then over saw the assigned staff as they worked with me on the exercises. I have to say with no hesitaion that everyone from the front desk personnel to everyone in the exercise are - are all very professional, they know their jobs and they will help you! Like my visit six months earlier, the place is cleaned between each patient, sitting and lying areas are wiped with a new disinfectant cloth after each use, pillow cases are replaced between each person's use. This to me is why I requested to have my rehab done here. You see the professionalism and you feel the difference when you are done. The folks here know what to do to make you better. I sincerely appreciate how I was treated and what was done for me, by every member of the Spine & Rehab Specialists team. Thank each and every one of you.
