I think they are going out of business. Cant get items ordered. Said want to cancel then they said restocking charge. Really they don't even have materials to make items, so what are they restocking.No one returns phone calls . Waiting for refund.

I placed an order in August. The order was not shipped in September, as promised. Finally received the order in early November. We received the wrong items for 2 custom bags ordered. Company shipped new bags that are also incorrect. These bags were received last week. I am getting the run around now, and Megan (who laughed at me and hung up ) is telling me they are really busy. This order was placed in August and deserves immediate attention. The 2 mats (also ordered with the bags) that are to be stored in these protective bags are now unprotected in an outdoor storage area and are subject to being ruin. We need these bags immediately. The company also owes is blue velcro, which attached the 2 mats together for tumbling. I have just learned that Tiffin has an "F" rating with the BBBB. I hope the attorney general's office will look hard at this company. There are 18 complaints against this company, some of which are unresolved.
