I love this place!!! I will definitely return to purchase my next vehicle from here. The staff is absolutely amazing and my husband and I were in and out with our new vehicle in just 3 hours! My car shopping expercience was off to a HORRIBLE start, after looking online, and at multiple different dealerships I found the car that I had been looking for at twin pines. I was thrilled when I called and was treated with such respect and given answers right away! The customer service was amazing! The car that I had driven an hour and half to come and look at was parked out front ready to be taken for a test drive, and the salesman Wyatt, was organized and had answers, and right on top of everything. I can walk away with a smile and a good feeling about my purchase and I couldn't be more thankful for making my car buying expercience perfect!

Twin Pine gave me such an amazing experience in purchasing a new car! First off this is the first car that I've ever bought by myself so I was already a little nervous. John Lapp was perfect and talked me through every step of the way. When I went home that night and thought about it for the weekend I did NOT receive one annoying harassing call about when I was coming back in! I loved it! They didn't rush me, or push me into anything that I wasn't ready for and were super understanding with me being nervous. Angie, who helped me with my loan was AMAZING. I have been searching for months for a car and every time I went online Twin Pines would come up with a few car that I really liked.

When I arrived at the dealership Josh greeted me and went over exactly what this dealership stood for and how they like to work.

After I found the exact car I was looking for right down to the color, everyone was so helpful in getting my payments where I was comfortable.

(Oh speaking of comfortable, they have a extremely nice waiting area down stairs too!) I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

My husband and I were looking for a particular make and model. We found it a Twin Pine at a price lower then everyone else in the area. Derek, our sales rep, called when it was ready to test drive. Everyone was courteous and professional.

We drove from red lion to ephrata having never been there, it took us about an hour to get there. Our first impression of Twin Pines was great that had a huge variety of nice clean cars and after talking with Seth and Steve it just went up from there. We ended up purchasing my first vehicle and I cannot describe how easy and stress free the experience was, I was so impressed and they answered every single question I had and went over everything with me.
