My experience at Twin Pine Auto Group was excellent. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I drove from Baltimore just to look at a truck and before I knew it I was taking a test drive to experience the drive and ride. It was GMC Truck. The staff was very busy and still was very responsive to my needs. My salesman John was very professional and I can not say enough for the rest of the staff taking care of every detail so efficient. I would highly recommend anyone from any state to come Twin Pine Auto for any vehicle that you are looking for. Again, I want to thank all of the staff for your professionalism. Also, all the staff are very courteous. Thank You.

We had a great time at twin pines. It was a good experience. Thanks to the wonderful salesman we had was Jolziah Oxley. Jolziah was very helpful and cared for our needs. He also took the time with us even though he was scheduled to go home. He stayed an extra hour. Thanks Jolziah for such a great car our Ford Fusion we picked and thank you for helping us.

My wife and I were looking to get a car that was gently used and for a great price. When we arrived at Twin Pine we were warmly welcomed. The sales man did not pressure us at all and let us have 4 sets of keys at a time so we did not have to keep coming back to the office and wait. We had a great time, no hassle. I was about to get a Chevy Malibu but then the last cat I saw saved me from that decision. There was a dodge dart turbo tucked away, hidden with some Fords. I'm glad that Twin Pine has a huge selection cause I love my new 6 speed!

We were in on a really busy Friday night and test drove our 2009 Buick enclave. We loved it. They had us sit in the basement which was a beautiful room with a fireplace, you could snack or get a drink until they could give us more information . It was relaxing. They really worked with us to fit it into our budget. Twin Pines cars seem very well-maintained with a great selection and nice people. We had purchased another vehicle from them years ago. We had tried other car lots and only had problems. So we decide to check them out again. Bought our car a month and a half ago and we are still loving it! We will continue to go to Twin Pines in the future. The only disadvantage last time I bought a vehicle we got a free car wash card they do not offer this any longer.

Twin Pines was a great experience. It was the first time that I have ever purchased a car from a dealership and they helped me every step of the way, and answered every question that I had (which was a lot). The process was easy, quick, and seamless. They make you feel very comfortable and are great at moving quickly to get you into your new car! They always seem to be priced under other dealers so you can't beat their prices. This is a great place for new and experienced car buyers! I highly recommend, we are thrilled with our new car!

Overall good experience. Most questions were answered. Had to push to get a bit more for my trade-in. Just wish I had looked at or was told about a few of the body damages car had. Im glad we werent there all day so the buying process was not lengthy. Otherwise I love my car and people were friendly.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my Chevy Cruze. The service at twin pine was was very good. When I got there I was greeted and offered a beverage while I waited. Twin Pine is a great place to purchase a car. We went there because of the selection. We knew what vehicle we wanted, and they had 6 to chose from. More importantly, the prices were the absolute lowest around by thousands of dollars. Great experience there, thanks to Jolziah for his continual contact throughout the purchase process. Well done!

When my car finally died and I had to buy a car, I went to Twin Pines. I was looking for a good second hand car and a no hassel experience.......I got both at Twin Pines. No pushy sales tatics. Lots of quality cars to choose from. I would recommend Twin Pines to a friend.

A co-worker told us to go to Twin Pines and ask for Wyatt Z. Car shopping is usually, no make that always stressful. Not this time. We have never had such a stress free, non-pushy, pleasent car shopping experience. Wyatt was awesome. He was freindly, patient, and knowledgable. We wanted to drive away in a 2013 Lincoln MKS. When we arrived, the car was detailed and ready and financing was approved at a rate that we never thought would happen. We were made to feel comfortable in the lounge area while waiting for the paperwork. We were in and out. Seamless process. We will refer friends and family to Twin Pines and Wyatt Z. Not to mention we will be back also. Wyatt deserves a bonus!!!

I came from Pittsburgh pa to find a car near my father, and they were great!!!. It was an easy, fun and FAST experience. My father and I went in the same day and test drove two cars and I picked my 2012 Nissan Sentra and drove the car off the lot within 3 hours. They were very helpful and MIKE was great. he helped me narrow it down to what car was the best for me and worked everything out with insurance and paperwork. THANK YOU AND VERY GREAT SERVICE.

Wonderful service. My fiance and I bought a Chevy Cruze at Twin Pine and loved how accomodating the staff was. Although we showed up with a specific car in mind, Wyatt was so helpful both during the test drive and with answering all of our questions (on a cold, rainy day). The finance team was supurb...making sure that we walked out of there with the payment we wanted and an amazing rate to boot! I would definitely go back!

These are usually two words you don't hear when speaking about a car dealership, but twin pines is different! We have been looking for an suv for sometime now, but didn't know which one was best for us. We also had financing on our previous car and owed more than it was worth, so car buying wasn't looking great for us. My friend Jenny had recommended Twin pine had the biggest selection with great price points as well,so we set up an appointment. I found my dream suv for 2000 less than anywhere else and it had all the options I wanted. I did get less than I hoped for my trade in but they offer wholesale pricing on the cars they sell, sor could understand where they were coming from. Financing took care of us and I am now in my new suv. Thanks twin pine!

We have had our Honda accord since what feels like the beginning of time.
