We were so grateful that we were able to visit our dog when she was recuperating. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. We were glad to have direct contact with the doctors.

You don't know how much I appreciate the folks at Animal Urgent Care. Bless you one and all.I have had both my dogs there and now my cat, Mr Whiskers. I also had Rusty, another of my dogs, there when you were in the old building.Everyone I have come in contact there have been so nice and very thoughtful.Thank you so much.

Overall we are very happy with the help our dog received. We were referred by our regular vet because our dog needed to be put on oxygen. They were very helpful and friendly!

It is totally unbelievable the way these crooks operate. Late Friday night we came home after just burying our 23 year old son. The puppy I had gotten for my husband for his birthday 8/15 was unresponsive, cold and drooling. (3 lb chihuahua) We rushed him over to this place. The minute we walked in someone took the puppy from my husbands arms, when he asked to accompany the dog he was told no we will be right with you. After approx 10 minutes, the vet came in and advised us that he should be monitored for the night, he should not be released. They then came in the room with an estimate for services which amounted to $889.00 to $1300.00. Requested a deposit for the services and refused us as we came up with only $860.00 cash, assuring them that I would be happy to cover the balance in the morning.They would not let us see our dog, after multilpe requests, my husband finally did slam his fists on the counter but then they requested we pay $56.00 for their services and then we could have our dog. THEY REFUSED SERVICE to our dog for a discrepancy of $20.00 on an ESTIMATE! I took my baby home, put him on a heating pad, hydrated him all night myself. he is fine. With NO thanks to Animal Urgent care, or their staff.

I tried to resolve this with them directly however the owner cannot call me for 2 weeks.
