Best automotive experience I have ever had. First class facility, clean and professional like a dealership but still gave me the personal attention I wanted. See Ray he helped me out with the whole process and even detailed my car at no charge. I really liked that they kept me up to date with how my car was doing. and they also made sure that getting a rental was super smooth. Didn't have any hassles at all. I really appreciate what they did !

Im from out of town, Nevada to be exact. I came to San Diego to visit for a few months, I got in a car accident (totally caught me off guard) & didnt know what to do or where to go. I found Diamond Auto Body & read the great reviews & decided to give it a shot!! It was a great relief to me, they were very helpful (excellent customer service), they helped me with my insurance claim & paperwork, they took care of everything for me. It was amazing the way they went out of their way to help me, they got me a rental without any hassle, they kept my car for a few days & when I came to pick up my car! SURPRISE !! It looked better than ever before, there was no trace that I was ever in an accident! !! I highly recommend to visit this place before you go anywhere else, you wont regret it!

I took my sedan to get fixed here after a fender bender. They explained the condition of the car and what could be done to fix it. The costs were very reasonable and even hooked me up with a ride to the car rental lot. And the best thing was they cleaned and detailed my car when they were finished with the repairs, so when I came back to pick up my car it looked brand new.

I had my CTS-V front bumper fixed here and it came out amazing, the car didn't even look or drive like it has gotten into an accident. I was referred by a friend and everything worked out with these guys. Thanks Diamond. I definitely recommend all people with car issues here.

Some bozo ended up keying my car pretty bad, to the point where it cut into the metal. I wasn't going to take my chances taking it some generic body shop. But being fairly new to the area, I wasn't sure where to go to get work done on my BMW. Through word of mouth I heard about Diamond auto body.



Right away, they made me feel comfortable. They told me how long it would take, how much it would cost, and showed me some examples of their prior work. The price they quoted me was $200 below what everyone else was offering. I was still a little nervous after I left my car with them, but they called me whenever there was an update.



I came back at the end of the day and the car looked awesome. I swear the paintjob looked like it was factory work, fresh off the boat. The nice thing is they guarantee the quality of their finished work. They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint.



I was so impressed by the work that when I wanted to get a rear spoiler added, I went to Diamond again. It took them probably less than half a day to set me up.



I hope I never need to use another body shop again, but if I do, I know who to go to.

Diamond Auto Body repaired the front bumper and replaced the back bumper of my SUV for roughly $200 less than two estimates I had received from the other body shops. And the car looks great. I dropped it off on my way to work Monday morning and picked it up Wednesday afternoon. They also replaced my blinker light at no charge. It was actually a pleasant experience. These are good guys who know what they are doing. I am very pleased with the quality and affordability of their work.

I honestly don't know jack about cars but the people at Diamond shop made me feel so comfortable, I even learn some new things about cars. These people were fair, honest, completed the work in a timely manner, and had great customer service. My VW bug is back in it's normal condition before I got into a crash. I totally recommend this place.

I was referred to this place by my good friend. This auto body shop is great! Carlo is very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a very accurate estimate for how long the body work would take, and then took care of all of the additional insurance stuff (they had to come out and reappraise the damage).



When I picked my Mercedes up, it looked better than it did before it was in a rear ending incident, partly due to the complimentary wash and wax that it was given. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone with a foreign car. They service European & Japanese models. The hours are also very amenable to people who work; I believe the hours can vary, but he's usually there until 6 or late.e

I was drawn to this place after hearing great things about it from friends. Diamond Auto Body is a reputable body shop, known for their high quality work. They will truly make your car look like new when you bought it. My car was involved in a hit and run, and after they were done with it you could not tell at all! I am a car fanatic. I am meticulous when it comes to my car and pay extremely close attention to details. The customer service at this shop is also awesome. The guys in the front are kind and a pleasure to work with. Someone nicked my car two weeks after Diamond Auto Body & Paint fixed it, and the guy offered me free touch up paint.
