My highest compliments to the staff and the facility itself. This is my 2nd year renting a unit from them during the peak months of fire danger at my home location and I continue to be extremely pleased with the staff and the security of my belongings. Even if I wasn’t a disabled senior citizen, I’m positive the staff would go above and beyond in helping anyone with things they need. They’re always offering pricing specials too and work very hard to get you a unit location that best suits your needs. The hallways are well lit and always swept clean and their security system is excellent. It seems a very popular facility and there’s always a good reason for that.

The staff in the office r very helpful. Whether in the office or on the phone. They walk me thru everything it seems each month. I’ve been here 4 months. Plus they have the lowest rates around. The only drawback is the entrance. It’s a tight area. And no parking. But I’d gladly trade the parking at my other storage for the employees here!!

The owners are flexible and friendly . I’ve never had an issue with rodents or damaged property . My unit is clean and never smelled bad. The location is convenient and close to downtown Escondido and the 15 freeway and across from transit center . Highly recommended !

Love The customer service and the 50% of most size units for 3-6 months offers they have is a really good deal specially now with COVID-19 it's affordable and works for us and always has... units are kept clean

moved in December when I had to move back to my moms. the sign up process was super easy and the discounts they have are great. i felt that it was a secured area and never has seen anything sketchy. i want to continue storing my items there until i can get my own place.
would definitely recommend getting storage here. you get your own code to enter gate as well.

We just moved our office from San Marcos to Escondido and needed space to store our extra stuff. We found this facility, and not only they have good rate on their rental fees, their managers, Lucas, Maya and Daniel are super helpful. Lucas made sure that we had our (2) units we're renting are next to or really close to each other and he gave us a good deal on both units.
