car fax was printed. the best part was my trading value ... they did not try to tell me all the stuff was wrong with my car they just showed me average price for my trade.. whole process took less than an hour ....

Sold me a lemon. Avoid this dealership, should not be listed as a certified dealership with USAA. All military, beware!!! Purchased a 2006 Mercedes ML350, repairs are more than the value of the SUV. Service codes and check engine light were reset, and now this vehicle transmission won't get out of 1st gear. Several mechanical problems found, and Mercedes Corporate says Excellence Auto Direct had to be fully aware of the issues. Mercedes gave me 3 pages of vehicle malfunctions and mechanical failures. Will update this post once I submit a Motor Vehicle Dealer complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. I have no choice but to give them 1 star, as the system will not let me post without a rating.

Extremely disappointed I bought from Excellence Auto Direct. During the sale period, of course, they were nice as can be, but after the car was paid for I, or more specifically my wife has received extremely poor service. They have not honored their contract to fix what was wrong with the car, when I bought, as they promised they would, and what is worse, 300 miles after I purchased the car, the check engine light came on. I understand and respect I bought the car "as is" and really didn't expect them to fix the significant engine problems that suddenly came about, but I also didn't expect rudeness to my wife and sarcasm. I regret purchasing any vehicle from Excellence Auto Direct, and warn any shoppers to be wary.

Excellence Auto Direct is definitely my favorite place to buy pre-owned cars from. Sweet group of people.

Used cars as clean and fresh as new cars. Who doesn't like that ! Great service as well !
