Experience was very easy and not unpleasant to go through. Everyone was very nice and did everything they could to accommodate me. Everything was explained very well and I felt I could trust them with my dental care.

I first came to Dr. Norman for what had become nearly unbearable TMJ pain. We worked on my jaw for 3 years to get me to a pain free point, then I went off to get braces done by a family friend. Things were going great for a while, but after 2 years, he started making mistakes, and I asked Dr. Norman for a consult.. Dr. Norman had finished her ortho training by then, so she took over and put on all new braces, and finished my teeth. Then we took out all my mercury fillings and replaced them with nice white ones. THEN we put in retainers, made new oral appliances, whitened my teeth and VOILA! New smle. It took a long time, included cleanings every couple months through chemo for me but I am so happy with my teeth, I'm barely afraid of the dentist anymore, and I refer eveyone I can to Dr. Norman's office. EVERYone here is amazing, but Judy is my favorite, Plus, free chapstick, comfy blankets and they let me listen to sports radio while they work on my teeth.

Let's just say I am a patient with issues. I have muscle issues due to nerve damage that was throwing my bit off. Over the years this caused all sorts of complications that eventually became a functional problem and not just cosmetic. Dr. Norman developed a plan to save my bit and continues to monitor and make sure I have good dental health. And my teeth feel and look great!

I have been a patient at this office for 20 years & I can't say enough good about everyone in this practice. I trust them with my health. Judy & Angie are exceptional as is Dr. Norman.

I had been suffering for months from tinnitus and had exhausted every other option before coming to Dr. Norman, who was recommended by my regular dentist for her work with jaws. And sure enough my suspicion was confirmed, my jaw was out of whack. She explained everything to me in great detail--what was going on in my mouth, why it was happening and how we could fix it. I appreciated the details because I am a detail oriented person and everyone has been so nice to me every time I come in! It is so nice to have an explanation for why I had suffered for months and to be on the path toward fixing it and improving my health was a huge step for me, but necessary.

Who knew that going to the dentist could be such a fun time? The staff is always dedicated to making your experience as wonderful as possible.

My experience has been amazing! The provider and staff are professional and caring. The time and care provided are top rate. I suffer from TMJ, fairly dibialtating and it was affecting my everyday life to the point of exhaustion. Amy gave me my life back. I absolutely cannot express the respect and gratitude I have for this lady. Every visit is informing and worth every minute of my time.

They are like family!

Dr. Norman and her staff are exceptional. I have dentist shopped for the past 6 years looking for a dental provider that would address all of my concerns especially my TMJ disorder. Dr. Norman is the first dentist to take my care seriously and offer solutions. I am so grateful I found her, she has given me hope that my concerns can be corrected.

I have been coming to Dr. Norman for 25 years and have always received quality care from Dr. Norman and staff. I highly recommend their office for quality care and service.

I experienced jaw popping, pain in ear, jaw and severe headaches for over a year. This caused me to have to retire early.

Dr. Norman and her staff have always treated me well when coming in for an appointment. They have consistently given me good dental advice and explanations on how to avoid tmj flare ups, as well as ways to have consistently better dental health.

I always feel cared for and heard when I come in! I actually look forward and enjoy coming to the dentist! I have been coming to Dr. Amy Norman for 6 years now - even though I have moved from Everett still drive up to see them! The best dental team in the PNW!
