If you want trustworthy efficiency on getting your car fixed, this is the place to be. I have never had a bad experience with them and they always get the problems fixed. They will call you and give you updates and are always honest with what is going on. You will NOT find a better place.

I was greeted by a very pleasant representative when pulling up who listened to what I needed done and followed up by giving me all the information I needed. My car got its brakes fixed and it was very affordable.

My sedan seemed to be shifting very hard. I dreaded dropping the money to get it scoped it out. A friend recommended Carson after using them for a emissions issue a few weeks prior. Grudgingly, I went in. I was greeted with a smile and they had my car ready by the time they said they would. Such a fantastic company.

I love going to Carson Cars for all my car care needs. The service techs are very knowledgeable and always give fair estimates and even more fair prices. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied.

These guys are the best in auto repair. I brought my car in for an overdue maintenance. They told me it would take a couple of hours for them to repair a clutch issue that they found. They offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was ready. All in all they went above and beyond.

I was very upset when my car broke down on a Friday afternoon because I needed it for the weekend. I called Carson Auto and he told me he will make arrangements so I could bring the car in right away. I was so relieved to find out that they will manage to fix it the same day. I truly appreciate their availability, friendliness and the professional attitude they have always showed.

I had a minor issue to be fixed at my Ford and I made all the arrangements with them to bring it in during my lunch break. They were very fast at fixing it and the cost was exactly what we agreed on, so I will gladly recommend them.Dahlia

I failed my emissions test :( I was not happy at all. I had to get my car fixed before I could get tabs. Straight from the Everett emissions I drove to Carson to see if they could get me in. I was determined to not leave there until my car would pass the test. I had a big job interview in bellevue the next day and couldnt miss it. I talked to the service crew and told them what was going on. They got my car in right away and I was able to make it back to the emissions before they closed. I passed! Oh and in case your wondering, I got the job!!

Being a frugal single mom I need to pinch my pennies. When my car needed work to be done, I did my research. I found carson cars auto repair online and went to their website to see if they might have some coupons available. They did! I was able to get over $700.00 worth of of work done for $100.00! It's still online if you need one!

I took my car into 2 different places. There was obviuosly a serious issue with it and no one seemed to be able to tell me Exactly what it was. They acted as if I was going to take the information and go home and fix it myself. (helpful hint- If I cant diagnose the issue, I cant fix it) I finally took it to Carson cars auto repair. They told me exactly what the problem was and even walked me through how they found it.

My husband dropped my car off to get repaired last week. I went to go pick it up and all of the gentlemen there were so polite. My husband wont usually let me be the one to pick up the car. I was surprised when he asked me to considering the bad experiences I have had. It was pleasant and they didnt try to add anything to my invoice.

I have a Lexus and cant just take my car anywhere for repairs. I found online that Carson Auto Repair in Everett do repairs on Lexus vehicles. I wanted to make sure they had the proper tools and the know how to service my car, so I gave them a call. I talked to one of the service men and he was really helpful and didnt seem irritated that I was asking so many questions. They did a great job and I am very comfortable taking my car there for any repairs.

After my car was making some laud exhaust noise. I took it to the Carson Cars repair shop, where they diagnosed my car and gave me a free estimate on a muffler. Initially I thought it was going to cost a lot more, so I was pleasantly surprised that the muffler repair was really affordable! They have fast service and affordable prices, so I will definitely be back when I need my car serviced.

Very friendly staff. Honest and low pressure. Professional but with a great personality. Hard workers and very dedicated.
