My experience with Horizon Properties has been pleasant. The staff has always been friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs.

Given the opportunity, we would rent from Horizon Properties again.

During the 3 years we have lived at the current property we have found that if issues have come up we have called in and been given prompt and courteous service every time. We are having to move because the owners are selling the property. We have located a new property that is being managed by Horizon Properties as their good service was a deciding factor in going with them again. We have enjoyed all of our interactions with their office and look forward to many more.

It is a pleasure using Horizon Properties as our property management company for our rental home. We have been with them for roughly three years now and we are always kept in the loop and promptly informed of any issues that need to be addressed. I appreciate everything they do to make our experience of owning a rental home a seamless and easy process. We will recommend Horizon Properties to our friends and family members if they ever need a property manager.

Horizon Properties' services have always been top notch! The entire team is very well informed, has a great sense of urgency and pride in their work...which just produces high quality service product. I have enjoyed years of worry-free rental property ownership because of their exemplary service.

I think Horizon Properties is great. I've worked around property management companies for a long time now and unfortunately after renting from a few, I've had a bad taste in my mouth in terms of how they conducted business. I appreciate that Horizon is always friendly, responsive, and doesn't bother us unnecessarily. The few times there was ever any confusion or concern regarding how repairs were handled or billed, they did a fine job getting things worked out. I also appreciate how they handled our termination and their willingness to try and assist us in relocating. It might now sound like a lot of praise, but I would recommend people to lease from them, and that takes a lot for me to feel comfortable saying that.

Our mother has passed away, but we plan to continue to own and rent both of her properties under the excellent professional management provided by Horizon Properties.

Horizon Properties is an Awesome Management Company. I have been a tenant for over 5 years and they have always strived to provide excellent service, especially since Bryan has been on board. He is the Best. Kudos! Whenever we call, he is definitely there 24/7; rain or shine. He is very efficient to say the least. The entire staff that I have dealt with from the receptionist to the Inspectors to the management team which include Janet and Robine, have always followed up with me in a timely manner to ensure all of our needs are met. The vendors they use are totally awesome as well. Always professional. They provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. It is greatly appreciated and I will definitely tell all of my friends.

The whole staff at Horizon Properties is unbelievably top notch. From their charisma to the communication to the attention to detail, this company and its network is a great model for the property rental standard!

The staff at Horizon Properties always responds in a timely manner and they are courteous as well. I find the end-of-year summaries to be extremely helpful when filing my taxes!

Horizon properties is an excellent property management company. So great I wish they would cover more of California. All of their staff is friendly and helpful. Even with all the complications involved with leasing my first rental property they were there. They found me awesome tenants, made timely deposits into my personal account and broke down every expense that I incurred for any repairs. They were always sure to get my approval and find me the best deal possible before going forward with any work. I genuinely felt Horizon properties wanted to help and protect me. I felt comfortable working with them and I would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again should I have another property to rent.

Horizon properties is doing a great job managing the four properties we have in the Sacramento area. I only wish their service extended to the Bay Area. After dealing with various other property managers who only seemed interested in collecting rent and their management fees, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and complete service provided by this group. I would happily recommend Horizon to anyone.

Horizon Properties and the home owners have truly been a blessing to my husband and I. We are grateful for the simplicity and great management.

I am a tenant and called about our garbage disposal. They got approval and sent someone out the same day. What a difference this maintenance experience has been compared to previous management companies!! Larry of Larry's Handy Plumbing Service came out only 3 hours after my original phone call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was so nice to finally have a positive experience with a maintenance request!

I must say the group at Horizon Properties has done a very good job managing our property. If we own another rental property in the future, we will certainly look to them to manage it for us.

If I had another rental in the Sacramento area I would not even look at another property management firm than Horizon Properties.

On a scale of 1 to 10 Horizon Properties is an 11. I very highly recommend this company to other homeowners who want to rent their place. The fact that my house is many miles away from their office is not an issue. They take care of everything for me and keep me informed every step of the way. They keep me informed without me having to ask.

We appreciate their management efforts and have been very pleased with prompt and courteous responses from all staff regarding our concerns and/or questions during the past thirteen months. It has been a pleasure doing business with Horizon Properties and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

We want to acknowledge the superior efforts and diligent work that Sue with Horizon puts into matching homes with tenants and tenants with owners. Sue goes beyond the call of duty, working around the clock, seven days a week showing properties to prospective tenants. I love that Sue actually follows up with a call to the owners after each showing with feedback regarding the showing. It is rare these days to receive such personalized and excellent service.
