EverDry has been great to work with, we had our entire basement waterproofed. It isn’t cheap, but worth every penny for the peace of mind for a fry basement! We had a couple of small issues that they came and fixed at no charge. I would and have recommend them.

I've lived in my house 10 years. The basement was waterproofed prior to me moving in and I haven't had any major issues since. They are a very professional and helpful company.

We tried various other ways to mitigate the water coming into our basement - inside French drain, outside French drain, regarding the backyard - but nothing fully worked. EveryDry did a full remediation of our basement and FINALLY completely resolved our water issues. It's been a year and we haven't had a drop enter.

We took over the Everdry warranty from a previous homeowner, and in terms of customer service and honoring the warranty, Everdry has been excellent. The waterproofing is also excellent, they've stood by their work and warranty. Any time I've called with questions everyone is wonderful. 5 out of 5 stars.

We aren't thrilled with the structural work however, as the problem was bigger than it seems Everdry or the previous homeowners expected. While Everdry did honor that warranty to the best of their ability, they do not warranty work when it goes beyond what they offer as a service. So while they helped where they could, I wouldn't call it a true "guarantee" of reinforcing walls.

Everdry was an incredible find for us. When we moved into our home in Springfield, Ohio, the basement smelled musty and clearly needed protection from water seeping through the basement walls. The Everydry waterproofing work, including installation of the EZ Breeze ventilation system, was efficient and turned our basement into a great space for an expansive workshop, a game room for shuffleboard, an office, and a recreation area for games and watching tv. We are thrilled with the results and after almost a year post-installation, we have experienced no problems. Rather, we have had a year of enjoyment of the expanded, usable and comfortable space in our basement. We highly recommend this company. Thank you Everdry! This was a great investment in our home and well worth every penny!

Nothing bad can be said about this company from our experience. They gave us and estimated start date and time and they were on time and even completed the job early. We haven't had one problem with our basement since they repaired it.

I’ve been a customer with Everdry since 2016. The installation went well, with a slight hiccup that was immediately fixed. I also had the EZ Breeze ventilation system installed. It runs smoothly and quietly and it keeps the dank basement smell away. I’m looking to finish my basement soon and am pleased with the investment to waterproof it first.

We had an issue with water coming up our basement. After several times mopping & shopvacing it, we called Everdry. The representative examined our situation & made a recommendation. Frankly, it was more extensive than we had hoped for. We had been in our home for 30 years. There were a lot of plants & landscaping around the outside & half of our basement was finished. Some of this was going to be disturbed. We decided to go forward.
Their service team did a fantastic job. They did their best to not destroy our landscaping. We had 1 plant we had forever, and they even trenched around it to protect it. Since Everdry finished the job about 15 years ago we have not had any issues with water in our basement. Whenever it rains we are thankful for deciding to have gone with Everdry. Whenever we call them for the annual inspection their staff has been polite, friendly & professional.

I've had such a good experience with EverDry! I purchased a home where the previous owners had used EverDry to waterproof their basement, so I'm not familiar with the before and after, but I've been pleased with the service over the 3+ years I've been here. I've had a large amount of work done to add additional waterproofing to certain leaky areas in my basement, and it's been an easy process overall. The most frustrating part is how far out they book projects, so I'm usually looking at several months to get things repaired once I get make the call. However, they always do great work and communicate well throughout the process so it's worth the wait!

Extremely reliable, excellent warranty. Warranty work does take some time to get scheduled but growing and reputable company makes that uderstandable.

I bought a home a few years ago with the Everdry waterproofing system. The warranty transfer was seamless and my yearly contact with Everdry company has consistently been pleasant. Since owning this home in a flood zone, I have not had any issues with water in the basement. Could not be happier with this company and service!

Everdry waterproofed my basement close to 25 years ago. I live in an area that is prone to flooding basements and, in all that time, not once has my basement leaked. I believe they did a fantastic job and I truly appreciate that they stand behind their work.

Everydry solved the water intrusion problem in our crawl space by fixing the problem at the source and not just fixing the symptoms. Crew arrived on time as scheduled each day and completed the installation under cold and rainy conditions. Drain lines and a sump pump were installed as well as the waterproofing. The system is working fine. Thanks for a great job!

The crew was great. very professional. completed the job as scheduled, cleaned up after themselves and even help bring up a damaged piece of furniture from the basement. Its been over a year and the basement remains dry and a usable living area again.
